My experience living here has been great. The apartments are in a great location and very nice and well kept. The standout is definitely the maintenance team though, specifically Tyson, Tim, and Chris. They’re always friendly, professional, and incredibly quick to respond to requests. Every issue I’ve had has been handled efficiently and with care. It’s been great to live somewhere where the staff genuinely takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

The maintenance man (Tyson) at Society at Crossroads is Amazing. He came to help me when I requested service for my A/C. He’s Amazing! Very Professional, Responsive, Knowledgeable & Efficient. He handled my repair request quickly and made sure everything was working before leaving my home. It makes a big difference living somewhere, where maintenance concerns are handled quickly and with care. Excellent Customer Service with a 5 ✨!!!!!!!

My partner and I searched up apartments available nearby and Society at Crossroads captured our attention. We were lucky and very thankful to have Victoria guide us through with tours and paperwork within a week of applying. Not even a month living here and we’re already in love with an apartment we can call our home. It feels like a safe neighborhood, it’s quiet and peaceful and the serene is lovely out here.

I was contacted to bring my food truck out to do a dinner service for their residents. The front office was great as far as being responsive and detailed with their emails. When I arrived they where very accommodating as well. Once service started we where surprised at the turn out. We had some issues with our credit card reader which led to some customers waiting longer than usual. But everyone we encountered was so friendly and positive it really smoothed out the speed bump. I truly believe this is a great little community from the experience I had with them. Can't wait to go back and serve them again.

Absolutely love this place, the staff does a great job getting you an apartment that fit you and your roommates. The Assistant Property Manager Lily helped out me and my two other roommates find the perfect place to stay. Just an all around great place to stay, and it feels like home.
