I lived here in 27 Atlantic with my boyfriend and we both miss our home so much already. This building was always top-notch, well maintained, and welcoming. The views and oceanfront lifestyle are unbeatable. You could tell the staff really cared for its residents and were attentive to any and all of our needs. The building has events that bring residents together, and the restaurant downstairs (Grand Patron) has the friendliest wait staff (we love you Victor!). The community is so welcoming to pets (the dog wash was a real game changer) and I am so grateful for all of the connections we made with the other amazing residents and furry friends. Thank you 27 Atlantic we hope to be back ASAP!

I want to give a special shoutout to Sharon and Serone at 27 Atlantic Apartments for their outstanding service. They both go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued, and it truly shows in every interaction. Sharon is incredibly kind, organized, and attentive. She takes the time to listen and always follows through, making sure everything is handled smoothly. Serone is just as impressive—professional, approachable, and quick to help with anything that comes up. Together, they make an amazing team that keeps everything running seamlessly. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Their positive attitudes and dedication make a huge difference in the overall experience here. I’m very grateful to have such reliable and supportive staff members—it really sets 27 Atlantic apart!

It was an absolute pleasure to live at 27 Atlantic. The staff and amenities are second to none! My experience with the moving in and moving out process was fantastic and super easy thanks to the office staff. The team that maintains the property are fantastic and were always super friendly! Id recommend living here 10 times out of 10. Thank you 27 Atlantic team for making it feel like a home!

I’m currently staying at 27 Atlantic Apartments, and it’s been an amazing experience! Ashley has been incredibly helpful and kind since the very beginning – even back when I was just starting to look for an apartment (from across the ocean!). Coming from Europe, I wasn’t sure how easily I’d settle in, but to my surprise, I feel completely at home here. The apartment is great and has everything I need for a comfortable long-term stay. The location is perfect – just steps from the beach with everything I need close by. And let’s not forget – breathtaking ocean sunrises are basically part of the package (no extra charge!). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

27 Atlantic is by far the premier place to rent in VB. The building location, amenities and quality of the units speak for themselves. The staff are amazing, Katie, Ashley, Stefanie and the rest of the team are so kind and helpful. Maintenance is a breeze here. This is the sort of community you move to and never want to leave! The residents of the building truly care for each other and aren’t just neighbors, but friends! Can’t recommend this building enough.
