I recommend you wait to move in until all the construction and amenities are completed. Then you’ll actually get what you’re paying for. You will pay way too much for no pool, no grill, construction, constant people coming into your home for inspections, unfinished amenities, fire alarms going off. Apartment is nice but it’s just not worth it at the moment. Staff is amazing James is extremely helpful! I do recommend going to him directly since he seems to be the only one aware of the answers to common questions. Floors are thin but that’s what you get when living in an apartment so don’t move if you can’t handle footsteps above. Even with all of the people in and out of the building safety has never been an issue. Overall units are beautiful just needs some time to finish building.

I stopped in on a Friday because I was told to check this place out while I was in town. Emmanuel did a wonderful job navigating my 4 different phone calls as I was totally turned around and wasn’t sure where I was or how to get in. We had such a fun and engaging tour. I didn’t feel rushed and he was genuinely excited to show me this beautiful property. I love all the modern features and designs. It’s still under construction but I imagine the final product will be even better than what I got to see! If you’re considering living at the ocean front, you seriously need to see Atlantic Park. I can promise you that the views and customer service will be amazing 🤩

I have been living at Atlantic Park since October. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property manager James, along with Emanuel, Cecil, and the entire staff are all very professional, responsible and always quick to respond. The building is absolutely amazing and the property is beautiful. I truly couldn’t ask for a better place to live. It feels safe, welcoming, and well cared for. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Highly recommend!

Came home to visit over the holidays. Grew up around the area and wanted to see the addition to the neighborhood. Very impressed with the apartments and the top floor views. I can’t wait for all the shops to open. Emmanuel was especially awesome on the tour 10/10.

This apartment meets all my expectations and more. As someone who works from home, having a comfortable, amenities-rich, and well-designed space is so important—and this place delivers on all of it. It’s made my daily routine smoother and more enjoyable, and I truly feel productive and at ease here. Highly recommend!
