I lived at Seaside Harbor for for few years and moved out few months go. It took me a long time to write this review because the experience was extremely stressful for me, and it has taken time to process everything that happened while I lived there. During my time at the property, I experienced what appeared to be significant mold concerns. Because of ongoing health symptoms, I arranged for a professional mold test in the unit, and the results indicated the presence of mold. I reported these concerns to management multiple times. While contractors were brought in at different times, in my personal experience the underlying issues did not appear to be fully resolved. The work that was done did not seem to address the source of the problem, and the situation continued while I was living there. During this time I began experiencing serious health symptoms, including feeling very sick and frequently dizzy. My health declined to the point that I had to stop working before I moved out because I was feeling extremely unwell and needed time to recover. Another concern during my time there was very strong chemical odors coming from nearby units, particularly at night. The smell was overwhelming and often made it difficult for me to sleep. I reported this issue as well, but from my perspective the situation did not improve. Overall, my experience living at this property had a significant impact on my health and well-being. Because of what I personally experienced while living there, I would not choose to live there again. If you are considering moving to this property, I strongly encourage you to carefully research the property and decide whether it is the right environment for you. This review reflects my personal experience while living at this property.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the beautiful professional Office Mgr Cherene who went ABOVE and beyond to make the application process as smooth as possible and a very keen eye to details. With all of the housing issues going on right now this experience meeting Ms.Cherene and touring this property truly gave me hope of living in a beautiful home.

I put in an application today and was approved! I'm excited to be on the waiting list and can't wait for this to be my new home. The office manager, Cherene, was so very friendly and kind! I greatly appreciated her patience with me while explaining the paperwork. This would be a great place to live and the office manager would be the best one to have!

I reached out to the property manager via email and she responded to my email within a few days. She sent me all of the information that was needed to get the application done and to be placed on the waiting list. I wanted to tour the property first and possibly look at one of the units. She stayed in constant communication with me and I was able to tour the property but not a unit due to it not being ready. The property manager was very nice and professional. I Arrive to the property about 315 on 1 October, and even though she had residence in and out of the office She still made sure that I was OK and she communicated that she was waiting for someone to come back so that she could take me around to see the property. She was very clear with how the waiting list would go and what the time Frame could possibly. Visiting this property was totally different than the other properties that I have visited in the area and I really do appreciate the warm welcome that I received.

I had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with this Company, Cherene is exceptionally professional, courteous and patient. Her knowledge of the industry is impeccable, she answered ALL of my questions and concerns. I hope this Company realizes what a GEM they have with Cherene representing them!!! I'm looking forward to MANY MANY YEARS of doing business with this Company.
