One of my professional responsibilities for branding and marketing is to get out and connect with the other members of the business community that also affect our business. This means I see many of the residential projects in the Virginia Beach Southside. On this visit I met with Rafe and Hanadi and they couldn't have been more gracious hosts. They didn't treat me like gatekeepers. What really matters is this place is amazing immaculate and just plain beautiful if I were in a position to rent I would be renting here!

The community manager and all other staff are a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to make this complex feel like home, ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner, keeping the complex clean and safe and remembering my son and I by name anytime we see them in the clubhouse. This complex is the best I’ve lived at. There’s events hosted every month that are free for the community members, a brand new pool, grills, fire pits, a fitness center and a playground to use. I couldn’t imagine anything else I would need/want from an apartment complex. They have worked with me and have been flexible from the time I moved in. This place is the first apartment that I’ve felt at home in.

Alex from maintenance at Ascend Hilltop is great! He’s always quick to respond, professional, and makes sure everything is fixed properly. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and really cares about helping residents. Definitely appreciate his hard work! also, they have BEST hot chocolate ever! :)

I’ve had a great experience living at Ascend at Hilltop. The entire team does an amazing job and truly cares about the residents. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and responsive, and the maintenance team is outstanding—quick, efficient, and respectful every time. Customer service here is top-notch from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Ascend at Hilltop to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Ascend at Hilltop has been a wonderful place to live! The team is incredible and consistently goes above and beyond. The office staff provides excellent customer service and is always happy to help, and maintenance is fast, reliable, and very professional. You can tell they take pride in the community. I would absolutely recommend living here 100%!
