We have been here at Saltmeadow Bay for several weeks having moved here after the sale of our house! We have been very happy with our experience here so far! The apartment was very clean and well maintained when we moved in! The apartment complex is pet friendly and has a pool! The location is near the oceanfront with great restaurants and shopping nearby. The management staff including Karissa and Samantha have been awesome! They have been extremely helpful with our move every step of the way! We’ve had a few maintenance requests which have been very quickly addressed and resolved! Parking near your building can sometimes be hard to get but there are plenty of spots in the larger lots or you can rent a reserved spot. Also, they have 2 rows of garages that are rented out. This was great for us as we were downsizing and had lots of stuff. Overall, we’d recommend Saltmeadow Bay for anyone looking for an apartment in this area!

I recently toured with Karissa and had a great experience! She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The community was beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend checking it out, can’t wait to move in soon!!

As a resident of Saltmeadow Bay, it is a great neighborhood with superb friendly staff from the front office to maintenance team. Foremost, as a tenant I NEVER have to call TWICE about any related maintenance concerns and concerns are always resolved. When I first tour the apartments and based on my apartment selection I was very impressed by the amount of spaces/spaciousness of the entire apartment….The living room is large and the dining room perfect size. How many apartments complex have dining rooms separately?? Though a person can use the dining as desired. I personally would recommend Saltmeadow Bay secured entrances, walking distance or five minutes walk to the beach or visit the clubhouse…You will love it peacefulness!!

Saltmeadow Bay was the perfect place for me to land after selling my house. I liked it so much I stayed for 2 years. The office and maintenance staff is a wonderful group! I certainly recommend living here.
