From the moment I stepped into the apartment complex I new it was the right place. I talked with Kendria and she was so nice and welcoming. Every time my wife and I needed something, she was always willing to help with the best attitude. All the staff were very nice and respectful to us. Neighbors were also very respectful and the place was perfect for us. We loved living here even though it was for a very short period of time. I definetly recommend Oasis apartment homes if you're looking where to live.

I would not recommend this apartment complex, especially for military members. The upstairs neighbor had a dog that made noise all night, and management did nothing about it. They also add extra fees and charges and then try to make it seem like you’re responsible. I almost had to go to court for eviction even though I paid my rent — they added late fees without properly notifying me. The rent is overpriced, there’s no washer and dryer in the unit, and parking at night is ridiculous — you can’t find a spot after 7 PM. Overall, not a good experience and I would not live here again.

Location is ideal with grocery stores, restaurants, doctors, and dentists within walking distance. Maintenance typically responds quickly to any issues. Our main issue involves tenants and noise violations that occur randomly.

Absolutely in love with our apartment. All of the women in the office are spectacular!! They make you feel so welcome and are so sweet !! Made it such an easy stress free process !!

Oasis Apartments is a great place to live! My husband and I lived there for almost 4 years and we loved it. The only reason why we moved is because we finally bought a house. The office staff and maintenance team are very nice and helpful. The grounds and amenities are always clean and well maintained. We felt safe and at home during our time living there. Also, the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, the highway and and the beach is super convenient. I would recommend Oasis to anyone looking for a new apartment in Virginia Beach!
