Carly and all the staff in the Leasing office have been extremely professional and attentive. Every inquiry and need for items to be addressed have occurred within the same or next day! That is phenomenal service. I learned about a fantastic personal trainer from the staff in the gym/ pool whose name escapes me however, she is also a long time resident. Both a godsend! Thank you Linkhorn Bay staff! I am grateful for all of you and to be living in such a community oriented environment. Highly recommend the location and amenities are hard to beat.

Great experience here. Move in was done quickly I had to relocate in a 10 day window. Julianna is the best. She helped me find a place and get the needed paperwork done in two days so I could move in ASAP. Apartment is exactly what I need thank you!

I’ve had such a great experience living here and can’t recommend this apartment community enough. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space. It really feels like a place you can comfortably call home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the very beginning, the whole process, from touring to moving in, was smooth and stress-free thanks to how organized and responsive the team is. I especially want to mention Carly, who has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, always responds quickly, and does it all with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend working with Carly She’s incredibly helpful and truly makes the whole experience so much easier. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live with a great community feel, excellent management, and beautiful apartments. I’m really happy I chose to live here!

So sad to be moving out, I really enjoyed living here with how amazing the housing staff and maintenance crew are. Always ready to help me or my neighbors with anything. Super flexible and understanding people. Wonderful pool and very nice gym compared to any of the military gyms. Beware of the geese, probably best to get a car/motorcycle cover lol. Wonder dock for any kayaking enthusiasts. Plenty of dogs parks that are very well kept. Sauna is perfect after a long day at work. Hot tub for the winter and 2 pools for the summer

Overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience living here. The location is convenient, maintenance is usually quick to respond, and the staff is friendly. Julianna made our move in process smooth and efficient. Like any place, there are small things that come up, but nothing major. It’s been a comfortable place to call home.
