My boyfriend and I completed an application (keep in mind it was $50 each) and were very excited. Then they told us we had to complete a bank clarification. Boom, no problem. I checked my email and saw about 10 links (yes, the same link was sent multiple times) sent to my email, and we completed one link. This lady emailed me saying we need to resign or just reapply because those were “expired.” Mind you, multiple links were sent at the same time and are still active as we speak. I’m not going to confuse myself with which link to redo or spend another $50 on an application where I already showed my income.

They towed my car because the visitor parking pass expired the day before… even though the office was closed for the weekend, so I couldn’t get a new pass. Tow company charges $200 btw! This place is a total predatory scam. Hope you don't plan on having friends over!

We spent a year in a 2 bedroom unit, and truly loved our time at this complex. Christina was amazing and helpful as we navigated having to extend our lease and multiple life changes. We never had any issues getting maintenance work orders fulfilled. The complex was pretty quiet with respectful neighbors. Overall, highly recommend.

I have a 2bedroom 2bathroom it's so beautiful. I moved in on a Friday night had an maintenance issue called the after hour number Saturday morning maintenance was here in an hour did what he could do to help me out until Monday went to the office Mrs. Christina told me when I get back home this evening everything will be fixed when I got home everything was fixed thanks to the maintenance crew that got everything fixed for me. From day one when I walked in the office to get an application Mrs Christina so sweet and always has an smile on her face she made me fill at home an i didn't even fill out the application yet. I applied to this place and had a horrible experience, I can’t even imagine what living here is like. My boyfriend, my best friend and I applied to this apartment, we are all in our early 20s and we’re hopeful that this would be our new home. We submitted our application and were denied within 12 hours, because of a credit check. We were all three denied despite my boyfriend having a high credit score. He called three separate times, left messages and we never heard a peep back from them. I finally got a hold of them this morning and the woman who answered the phone had an immediate attitude with me . I asked if we were able to resubmit our application with a co-signer and was given even more attitude saying that all applicants must credit qualify. Don’t even bother applying to this place if your credit score is under 750. Not to mention if they don’t have an apartment available you won’t be able to tour due to their lack of model units. I’ve lived in many different apartments and never had an issue applying like this. If you’re conserving applying, I say you should go find somewhere else.
