STOP. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. OWNED BY SLUM LORDS Unless you like: - Cockroaches in your kitchen (and a lot of them) - Tenants letting their dog poop and pee in the hallways (daily) - Kids randomly knocking on your door and running away - Package theft because the delivery room is completely open to the public - Poorly secured doors that allow anyone into the building - Having your car broken into (unsecured parking garage) - Having your parking spot routinely taken - Property management that doesn't care (at all) - A pool that may not be usable - Community grills that may not function This dump cost us so much money and mental anguish dealing with the cockroach infestation. The exterminator told us that a neighboring apartment was the source of the cockroaches and there was nothing we could do. We moved out early after days of being unable to sleep with fear of cockroaches around us. We threw away ALL of our furniture to not pass any infestation to our new home. Note to the manage company: Do not even bother responding. You are a slum lord.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I thought living at the beach would be the best time and so exciting. Needless to say the only saving grace is being near the ocean. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s only gotten worse. The leasing office does not communicate effectively amongst themselves and with tenants. Just barely doing the minimum. No one walks around to see what might need to be fixed (like a non-negotiable checklist). Lights in the parking garage all always out-the perimeter of the building lights do not work and haven’t for years. The call box at the back of the building doesn’t work and hasn’t for the three years I’ve been here. There’s always dog piss and poo in the hallways and elevators. The exit sign at the back of the building is dangling by wires and has been for some time. Trash just left thrown in the elevator and around in the hallways. Packages get stolen even when they are left in the leasing office. People leave their dogs on their patios all day. There’s giant rocks from the garden thrown in the parking lot. There was a random toilet just hanging out in the parking lot for weeks. There is no noise restrictions and there are a lot of domestic fights that you can hear. Tenants blaze music at all hours. It’s mainly the leasing office-if they were a cohesive team that took preventative measures and really cared about what they do here at the property-I feel it would have been a different experience. The entire building and leasing team need a surprise regional visit-and to be held accountable. I know many leasing managers that would love to work here and turn things around quickly….perhaps a change is needed??

The property itself is Beautiful... However, Do a walk through before signing your lease.. Also, note the airplanes do fly over A LOT!! Overall, nice place to live, if you want to be near the Beach.. Maintenance does complete their work orders.. Leasing office was very helpful and knowledgeable.. I do recommend that their is a separate elevator for people who has dogs.. I did not like sharing with dogs.. No I am not a dog person and some of those dogs are big, and if they got teeth.. They can bite!!! None ever did... But it would have been nice if dogs and their owners had separate elevators... I like parking in the garage... I knew each night I would have a space for my vehicle and not have to look for a parking spot...

I've lived here for 2,5 years and it used to be a nice appartment complex with very responsive stuff and community events. After mission rock purchased the property everything has changed. Now it's probably the worst appartment complex that I've ever lived. It's dirty, noisy and have very poor management. During Covid-19, they have left our packages in the common area by the public entrance. I have 2 packages opened and content stolen. So they got Amazon Hub, but we still see the packages left next to it or on top. They also installed silly signs about closed amenities around the appartment, even in the area where you walk your dog or just around some rocks (which doesn't make any sense). Elevators break down regularly, the hallway is dirty, carpet has stains and smell pretty bad. No communications, except some portal messages that I never receive. If you are looking for nice appartment next to the beach - INDIGO19 IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE. YOU WILL pay around $2000 for 2 bedroom and will get the service worse than the cheapest appartment in Virginia beach. P/s. Never wrote any negative feedbacks in my life. Just cannot stand this anymore. See the pictures to get a sense of what residents of Indigo19 are going through.

This place is terrible, after my daughter moving in just less than 4 months ago, sending numerous complaints about roaches in her apartment, the microwave was broken, the dishwasher was leaking, and they were supposed to replace the refrigerator months ago. The counter top on the island is not even bolted down the entire things lifts off. The bug problem is disgusting and a health hazard. There is a kitty litter box on the unit below me full of cat poop on the balcony that stinks. There was a fire in the gym this evening and I was informed that the smoke alarms do not even work despite numerous residents attempting to pull them. None of the alarms went off. The staff says they will handle things and they do not. There is dog poop in the hallways and trash always lined in the hallways. I pay for pest control that never comes and I have never lived with roaches in my life until I moved here!
