What a great experience this on site association office has provided me. Nothing but smiles ,positive attitudes/atmosphere and just a joy to be around. Even though I don’t have any actual need to go to the residents office anymore , I find myself stopping in just to lift my own mood!!! Oh yeah ,the facilities are groomed, clean and well maintained. It feels more like a neighborhood then apartment complex

Great place to live. The staff in the leasing office are great and always willing to help. Sometimes it may not feel like they are listening but trust they are. Just have to be a little patient. The only downside is no assigned parking so a lot of people abuse having multiple vehicles and take the spots closest to the units which sucks sometimes. The maintenance team is the best. Always fix any issues I've had and are pretty responsive. Prices aren't everyone's cup of tea but it's worth the peace of mind if you want to be in a good community.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s easily the most well-maintained property in the area. The maintenance team is outstanding — always responsive, professional, and truly care about the residents. The gym is a great bonus, and Sharron does an amazing job keeping everything clean and well taken care of. Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff and the overall experience living here.

I’ve lived here for a year and have loved it so far! The ladies in the leasing office are always so nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is quick, kind, and they ALWAYS get the job done right. There have been maybe one or two times where the compactor was filled to the brim and getting trash in it was impossible, but that rarely happens. The apartment complex itself is always well kept and beautiful. The pest control services that the apartment complex provides seem to be effective, I haven’t had or seen any crazy infestations. The people who live here are friendly as well, lots of families. My only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you can hear your neighbors talking or people who pass by your front door… and if you live on the first floor, your upstairs neighbors footsteps will sound like thunder… but that’s just apartment living in general. Overall a 5/5 experience!

If you're looking for a great place to live at a reasonable price, look no further. Haven is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. First off, the location is amazing! It's 10 minutes from the ocean front, 15 minutes from Shore Drive, 15 minutes from Town Center, 5 minutes from Target, Kroger, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Freshmarket, Aldi, and Food Lion. 264 is just past all of these stores as well, so it's easy to hop on the highway for your commute. There's even a library within a 5 minute walk. As many other reviews have stated, the maintenance staff is AMAZING! Lori Ann is the head of maintenance and runs a tight ship! If you have an issue that doesn't require an outside vendor, you can expect it to be taken care of by the next day at the absolute latest. Usually though, she or one of her team members takes care of it the same day. As a woman, I really appreciate the added level of comfort knowing that it's not going to be some random creep coming in my home. Lori Ann and her team are thorough, efficient , and trust worthy. The community itself is beautifully maintained. Professional landscaping crews make sure the green spaces stay manicured throughout the warm months. The gym is always clean and the saltwater pool is a beautiful centerpiece to the community. If there's ever an issue, all you have to do is let the office know and they will remedy the situation. Speaking of the office, Cheryl and her staff are absolute professionals. They're friendly and take care of business! They go above and beyond to foster community by hosting holiday themed events and inviting local food trucks to set up when the weather is nice. I, as a child free adult, really appreciated the adult swim hour they set up in the summer on week days. Another great thing about Haven is that it is family and pet friendly. Seeing kids out riding bikes and scooters on the weekends and after school really made me feel like I was living in a neighborhood. Lots of people have dogs and there's plenty of places to take them for walks in addition to the dog park. Overall, I loved living at Haven and would absolutely live there again. The only reason we moved was because my husband and I bought our first home. Keep up the great work Haven!
