i would not recommend this place to live unless its absolutely the only place you can afford. the pictures online are deceiving, ESPECIALLY the pictures of the pool. the pool guy cleaned it often however it was never clean. not sure how that works. when we moved in, there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE. like we would see 5 a day all throughout the apartment. there was no bug service until about 4 months into living here which helped some but didnt get rid of the problem entirely. the walls are paper thin, we can hear EVERYTHING in our neighbors apartment when we’re trying to go to sleep for the night. the place reeks of weed almost everyday. we’ll smell it in the bathroom quite often (neither me or my husband smoke). random people walk around the apartment complex. theres this one lady who sits in front of our door every so often. ebony in the office is not very friendly. she makes you feel stupid for asking simple questions. they paint over everything in the units, you can see damage that they tried to cover up with paint. the paint is so thick on some parts of the unit that it cracks and reveals the damage underneath. the paint thickness also makes the doors stick to the doorframes. our outside storage shed’s door constantly opens itself. there have been several instances where we open the blinds in our bedroom and the shed door is wide open when we havent gone into the shed in weeks. the only positive thing i have to say about this place is there was a quick and easy application/acceptance period and it’s location is convenient to the beach. overall we did not have a good experience here.

🆘❌❌❌Please read this carefully before renting an apartment in this complex. This is my second review of these apartments.❌❌❌🆘 I have been renting an apartment here for more than 3 years. Unfortunately, there is a serious and ongoing cleanliness issue in this building, and there does not seem to be any effort to fix it. We often receive emails saying they will enter the apartment to treat for bugs, but no one ever actually comes. There are cockroaches and other bugs everywhere. The hallway constantly smells like sewage, and the environment is very dirty. No one seems to take care of the cleanliness of the property. My lease was supposed to end on February 11, 2026. However, management and the front desk changed my lease end date to February 28, 2026, without notifying me. We did not sign any lease modification because we were never informed about this change. Now, my ex-husband and I are being asked to pay approximately $1600, which we consider illegal. Our attorney is already prepared to handle this matter. Regarding the staff: The front desk employee is often very aggressive. When you are looking for an apartment, she speaks politely, but once you live here, her attitude changes. There was a situation where I went to speak with her and she did not even stop eating her lunch while talking to me, which shows very poor service standards. I am also not satisfied with the manager, as communication about problems is often met with aggression. I will attach screenshots of my lease and communication with management for proof. I warn you — if you want a peaceful and comfortable living environment, I recommend you double-check everything before renting here. In my opinion, management and the front desk staff should be replaced because they lack the professionalism and courtesy required in the service industry. We provided at least 60 days’ notice that we would be vacating the apartment after the lease expired.

The location of this property just a few blocks from the beach is absolutely ideal. I have a very large dog and a lot of apartment complexes would not allow me to have her because of the weight limit (she’s 160 lbs). Now me and my girl love to walk to the beach and come home and relax in our apartment. The only issue I had since I have been here was during the summer when my AC went out and Maintenance responded the same day and fixed it. They get five stars from me and Nova.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a tour for 1pm online and when we arrived at 1pm the door to the office was locked and there was a sign saying they would be back at 1:30. We waited a couple of minutes because that had struck us as odd because we had received a confirmation email for the 1pm tour. A minute or two later a woman comes and unlocks the door and when we tell her we have a confirmed appointment for 1pm she says rudely states she is delayed and that she is currently on lunch and will be back at 2pm. No apology, no explanation for why our appointment being confirmed does not matter. We drove all the way there to make that appointment and have work later on today. What a terrible representation of this apartment complex. We turned around and took that interaction for the red flag it was. We came ready to put in an application with our information and pay stubs ready. Whoever her employer is ought to know she is essentially turning away paying customers.
