I’ve been a resident at Ludlow for over three years now, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recently needed to print some documents urgently on a Sunday evening. Although the office is usually closed at that time, Dillon, who was working that evening, went out of his way to print everything for me. I’d like to give him a big shoutout for being so helpful and patient throughout the process, especially on a Sunday evening. Thanks so much!

We love living at The Ludlow, especially because of the incredible people who work here, some who include Devonte, Yvonne, and John. They’re always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely brighten our day. They go above and beyond, not just for us but for our pup, Mochi, who absolutely adores them. John is always quick to help and makes sure everything is taken care of, and he does it all with such kindness. We chose to renew our lease because of people like them and the genuine care and love they show our dog!! People like them and so many of the other employees makes The Ludlow feel like home.

My experience with the Ludlow has been so great so far! Imani and Amanda were incredibly helpful throughout the leasing and move in process. The front desk staff is super kind and friendly. My apartment is clean and spacious, and the building itself is clean and updated. I feel very at home and safe in this building and would definitely recommend to others looking to move into the city!

I am a resident at the Girard but came over to the Ludlow tonight for an amazing Pride night. I love these events and I so appreciate the way that they build community here. Great place to call home in center city.

A great place to live. The front desk is always super friendly and helpful with packages. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. We had our dishwasher leak under our floorboards and they had the floor replaced and then a brand new dishwasher completed in less than 48 hours! We only had about a week to wait which was nothing. The building is super efficient with upkeep. The trash chutes are cleaned/serviced a couple times a year. Twice a year when the seasons change they service the AC/Heaters and test the smoke detectors in the apartment. The only problem at Ludlow is the fire alarm which many have complained about, but with that being the only problem, I still give this place five stars. In a year, we had about 23 alarms go off with only a handful being ones where we had to "evacuate" the floor. It is loud, but with noise canceling headphones, not too bad. Only about three times we were woken up from the alarm as it usually goes off during dinner time from people cooking. The building is very pet friendly with dog treats in the lobby and a great vet/doggy daycare next door. If you have a cat, they will probably be scared by the alarms and if you have a column in the corner of your apartment, they will probably hide behind it making it difficult to get to them as it is a tight space. Again, the staff is amazing and efficient and host fun events for residents. Thank you for all of your hard work!
