I recently moved into this apartment building to join my husband after we got married—and I absolutely love it! You honestly never have to leave the property because it offers all the amenities you could ever ask for. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the sauna is the perfect place to unwind. The gym is also fully equipped with everything you need, so there is no reason to go anywhere else. We love it so much here that we just renewed our lease! The apartment staff are wonderful. They are extremely friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to emails and all communication. My husband and I have made so many beautiful memories here already, and all of our friends and family who visit absolutely love the place. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful touring experience at 210 South 12th Street. The building itself is beautiful and feels thoughtfully designed for both comfort and lifestyle. The amenities really stood out to me, especially the sauna, pool, and the spacious hosting areas that make it easy to imagine entertaining friends and family. The lounge with panoramic views of Philadelphia was a highlight and truly gives the building a luxury feel. Tereza was fantastic to work with throughout the process. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Even though I ultimately chose a different neighborhood, I’m very grateful for the time and care she put into helping me. I would absolutely recommend touring this building if you’re considering moving to Center City.

Great building and staff. I had a wonderful touring experience at 210 South 12th Street with Marquita! She has been fantastic to work with. She knows the building very well, cares about your needs and is extremely professional! The building itself is beautiful and feels thoughtfully designed for both comfort and lifestyle. The amenities really stood out to me, especially the sauna, pool, and the spacious hosting areas that make it easy to imagine entertaining friends and family. Which I plan to do often. Again, Marquita was fantastic to work with throughout the process. She was patient, and incredibly helpful, making the entire experience smooth and painless. I can’t wait to move in and become a member of this great community! I would absolutely recommend touring this building if you’re considering moving to Philadelphia. Make sure you ask for Marquita.

Marquita and the staff at 210 S 12th are the best! They have been super helpful throughout the entire leasing process, always available to answer questions through phone calls or emails. The apartment building is very clean, quiet, and has a lot of great amenities. Would highly recommend living here!

From first tour to move-in, the building and their staff have been nothing short of amazing. I love everything that the building has to offer from the various apartments to the array of amenities. The building staff and leasing agents are extremely friendly, communicative, and professional. Moving into an apartment for the first time can be overwhelming - our agent, Angelo Torres, was there every step of the way to ensure the leasing and moving processes were as smooth as possible for my girlfriend and I.
