What an amazing 3 years we spent living at 2400 Chestnut. The apartments are beautiful, the views are to die for, and every need is addressed in a timely fashion. The staff is incredible. Concierge Eric is attentive, kind, and super knowledgeable. All the staff is ready to help with the fastest turnaround of any apartment building I’ve lived in. The building is clean with a bright gym and study spaces. Free printing and coffee in the game room. But above all else . . . the view.

Kind, decent and helpful management. Generally smooth and stress-free living experience. A big shoutout to Eric at the front desk who is incredibly sweet and helpful! Made my move out seamless. Really enjoyed the unbeatable location and river views over my two years here for school.

Lived here for 3 years from 2023-2026. Only leaving because of work across the country. Awesome experience with amazing people who work at the building. Responsive with maintenance requests. Great events hosted regularly (ice cream truck, breakfast food truck, wine and cheese event, etc.) that made it feel extra homey. Would recommend for anyone moving to Philly, especially Penn staff and students. Going to miss it a ton!

We lived in 2400 Chestnut for 15 months. This was the perfect landing pad for anyone new to the city. The location is excellent for students (15-30 minute walk to Drexel/Penn), but still close to the action in Rittenhouse for weekends. Also super easy to do day drips to NYC, with 30th station and the Peter Pan bus stop being right across the river. We loved having immediate access to the Schuylkill River Trail, great for running and hammocking. Free shared laundry (2 washers + 2 dryers) on each floor was very convenient. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Package system was easy and secure. Would highly recommend 2400 Chestnut to anyone moving to Philly!

My stay at 2400 Chestnut Apartments was amazing. The service was extremely nice, and I truly enjoyed living there. Joana and Melinda were especially wonderful throughout the entire moving process. They were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Even during my whole stay, whenever they saw me in the hallways, they always greeted me politely and made me feel welcome. I definitely loved my stay here, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a great place to live to stay at 2400 Chestnut Apartments.
