I've lived in several apartment buildings across multiple cities in the United States, and One Cathedral Square stands out as one of the best residential experiences I've had. The location in Logan Square is hard to beat, and the building itself is beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. From the common spaces to the apartments, it's clear that a great deal of thought went into creating a high-quality living experience. What truly sets One Cathedral Square apart, however, is the people. The management, maintenance, and leasing teams consistently go above and beyond, and the level of service here is unmatched. In my experience, the staff at Bozzuto is far superior to what I've encountered at other luxury apartment communities. A special shoutout to Terez and Raymond at the concierge desk. They are always positive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether it's assisting with a package, answering a question, or simply greeting residents with a smile, they make the building feel like home. It's always a joy to see them. I'd also like to recognize Sheven from the maintenance team. He is consistently communicative, professional, and timely in resolving maintenance and utility requests. He takes pride in his work, follows through on issues, and makes the entire process seamless. He's a pleasure to work with and exemplifies the high standard of service that makes this community so exceptional. If you're considering living in Philadelphia, I highly recommend One Cathedral Square. The combination of location, design, and, most importantly, the outstanding staff makes it a truly special place to call home.

One Cathedral Square is a really great place to live. I was there for a few years. Even when I gave my notice to move out, the maintenance team, especially Sheven, still gave the same high level of service and you didn’t feel any drop off. Having lived in a few different buildings, this maintenance team is by far the most responsive and gets the job done quickly and well. I also have to give a shout-out to Ray and Terez for always being a friendly face and keeping the building going.

Sheven has been incredibly helpful and reliable whenever I’ve needed maintenance support! He fixed misaligned windows and doors in my unit with real attention to detail, and everything now closes and seals properly. He also quickly took care of a clogged sink. What stands out is how efficient and thorough he is - he doesn’t just patch things up, he makes sure the problem is actually solved. On top of that, he’s professional, super friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. I love having someone like him in the building!

I couldn’t find a single flaw with the amenities here. The staff, from concierge to maintenance, provide top-tier service that is hard to match. It’s easily one of the best residential options in Philadelphia.

I have been thrilled to rent from OCS and Bozzuto for the past three years. The apartment is ideally situated, walkable to most of the city (and close to multiple forms of public transit including bus, train and trolley), and has been a beautiful space to live in. Maintenance issues for both my unit and building-wide issues are addressed promptly with communication to all tenants via email, and the leasing and property management team (particularly Maya) have been more than willing to assist with any questions/concerns I have had including during lease renewal, move in/move out, etc. Yes, it's not the cheapest building. And yes, those of you with a car may face a wait list for in-building parking. Nevertheless, given how nice the units are, the amenities, and most importantly the helpfulness of everyone who works here, I like to think I certainly got what I paid for. Will be sad to leave this place (and absolutely would be staying in this building if I wasn't moving cities!).
