UPDATE: Fast forward 5 years and I’ve had the BEST living experience with Dalian On The Park by Bozzuto. I’m sad to say my roommate and I moved out last weekend but the memories we created in this apartment will be remembered for a lifetime. I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, specifically Craig and Howard. Whenever we needed them, they were there in a heartbeat. We built warming relationships with Barbara, Diane, and Princess, which made living there feel like home. If you are looking for a reliable, clean, and welcoming community, Dalian On The Park is it! You won’t regret it. I added photos to give you a visual representation of our apartment view in 618 and the pool view. Like I said below, the views were the selling point and they didn’t disappoint. I’m going to miss everything about this complex, the residents, staff and amenities. TYSM for the best 5 years! I recently moved to Dalian on the Park and I am obsessed with it! The management team has been super responsive and have answered all of my questions with grace. When we arrived for move-in day, Arianna was very helpful in getting us our keys and getting us set up. Our apartment was very, very clean, which is important during these times. The view from our place was the selling point and I am very happy with our decision of picking Dalian! Can't wait to create so many memories here!

I was a fan. I lived here two years and my wife joined for the second of those two. The front desk people are friendly and generally responsive. The management was receptive to feedback. Only minor critique is that they could improve response times. Maintenance was superb. Very quick to respond and highly competent. The spaces were always very clean. The units are quite nice. It is a pricey spot, but it looks pretty standard for pricing in the area. Having the built-in parking garage and Whole Foods right there is awesome. Pool area is great. And they were all super friendly to my dog Randall. He is already annoyed we moved.

I enjoyed living here, and I want to give major credit where it’s due: the concierge staff and service/maintenance team were consistently respectful and great to deal with. Unfortunately, management group was often slow to respond. The best fix is to go in person to the office. The move-out experience was particularly disappointing in regards to communication. The elevators were frequently broken and fire alarms went off somewhat often, occasionally late at night.

Lived here for a year and a half, and it was fine but somewhat disappointing considering the price. Cons: Service/Management was pretty poor - every request to management took weeks and multiple follow-ups to resolve. Some of the people working at the concierge are extremely rude, but some are great (shoutout Barbara). Amenities are also only ok for the price, the gym is pretty small and the pool is often packed with people on nice days. The apartment bulletin board was also often censored if you mention anything negative. This was extremely annoying, especially since there were times that it sounded like construction was taking place in a neighbouring unit at around 3am. Positives: Indoor, self-park garage with option for assigned spots. Whole foods in the building. Location is decent.

Dalian on the Park was my first choice until I actually visited. The experience was incredibly disappointing, starting at the front door, the concierge literally stared at me through the glass door while I knocked, refusing to unlock the door until I finally called the leasing office to get someone to let me in. Once inside, she was dismissive and rude during the ID check. Even when I asked to have my parking validated, she didn't bother to look up or say a single word. She just validated the ticket and handed it back in total silence. I expected a much higher level of professionalism from an apartment with such a good rating on Google. But this interaction gave me a clear preview of the management culture, and I certainly won’t be moving forward with a lease.
