I just signed the lease for an apartment in a building managed by Dani and Davon, and I’m really excited about it! From the moment I first got in touch with them, they’ve been super friendly, professional, and clearly care about the people living here. Dani and Davon are honestly amazing. They’ve been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had, and it’s obvious they’re dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s great knowing I’m in good hands. The building is really well-kept, too. Everything from the common areas to the apartment itself is in great shape. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping it clean and maintained, which is a huge plus. The communication has been great as well. They’re always clear and timely with any updates, whether it’s about building policies or upcoming maintenance. It’s really nice not having to guess about anything. I’m really looking forward to living here—it’s already been a great experience, and I’m confident that’ll continue with Dani and Davon managing the building!

We had such a wonderful experience living at The Collins. From the moment we first walked into the building as prospective renters, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was so professional and kind, especially Dani Brago. From move-in to move-out, Dani was always quick to respond to any questions we had with all the details we needed. She was also such a friendly face to see in the hallways or in the elevator, and her positive energy made The Collins feel more like home. The common areas were always spotless, and we really appreciated the staff that worked hard to keep everything looking beautiful. I was always greeted with a smile or kind “hello!” by the front desk team, which never failed to brighten my day. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and well cared for. The maintenance team was excellent! Overall, this was an amazing place to live, and we are so grateful for the experience. Thank you!!

I lived at the Collins for 2 1/2 years and it was nice but got 1000% better when Danielle Brago came in 2022. Dani was helpful with EVERYTHING. She was very knowledgeable about the Collins, the area, apartment life in general, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She went out of her way to share information and followed through with helping long after I had moved from there. This location is excellent to experience Center City Philly. I felt safe having Jefferson so close by. The regional rail is 2 blocks away, so getting around is easy. The apartments are spacious and modern. If I were able to live in Center City again I would definitely move to the Collins.

After months of apartment hunting, I finally signed a lease at The Collins, and I’m genuinely thrilled with my decision. Dani was incredible in helping me find an apartment that fit both my budget and my move-in timeline. She made the whole process—from virtually touring the unit to applying and signing the lease—feel effortless. Moving is usually stressful, but her quick responses and willingness to accommodate my tight schedule made everything so much smoother. The application was refreshingly straightforward, and every question I asked (sometimes more than once!) was met with patience and practical solutions. For move-in day, the team has been so accommodating in working around the times that I am available. The move-in checklist provided made it so easy to understand how to be prepared for the big day. I truly have never had a smoother transition!

We have been living at the Collins Apartments for 3 yrs. Dani Brago the onsite manager is simply amazing. She responds quickly to emails or phone calls. Takes your concerns and if necessary takes measures to rectify matters. The Collins Apartments runs very smoothly under her management.
