I’ve lived at this community for the past 4–5 years and overall have had a very positive experience here. The maintenance team especially deserves recognition — Gil, Lydell, and Mike have always been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever issues came up. They genuinely care about the residents and are always around and willing to help. I also want to thank Shannon and Miah in the office for always being communicative, kind, and helpful throughout my time here. It’s clear that the staff truly care about residents and do their best to address concerns quickly. I have experienced ongoing HVAC issues in my current unit over the past year, which has definitely been frustrating at times, especially recently with warmer weather approaching. However, the team has consistently responded quickly, communicated well, and coordinated outside HVAC technicians whenever needed. Even when the issue itself has been difficult to fully resolve, I’ve always appreciated how proactive and professional everyone has been throughout the process. Overall, I’m grateful for my time living here and for the staff who have made the experience a positive one.

The new maintenance team at the building is amazing. We submitted a request for three things and by the next day they had fixed everything. Then we put in another request for the washing machine, and in 10 minutes or less they repaired it all. It’s great to live in a place where you pay for a space and the maintenance team really cares about keeping it livable and decent. I hope the management values, appreciates, and takes good care of this great maintenance team.

This place has truly turned into the worst place to live. Seriously regretting renewing only for there to be second fire (in June) just 3 months after the first fire in (March) leaving the building with no enjoyable roof access. The new management team is the so snide and disrespectful; The regional manager Theresa literally stated that she knows about the AC issues and that we do not have full access to all the amenities but yet they're unwilling to reduce the amenity or rent. They're now magically running a renewal special but it's somehow not retroactive prior to those that signed to renew before fire #2 *insert eye-roll* LIES on top of LIES. The building has many other issues such as lack of security, staff that sleeps while on duty, multiple broken pieces of gym equipment, un for-filled maintenance orders, broke elevators (the freight elevator has been broken at least 1 yr) and list goes on and on. All this to simple I would not advise wasting you money here, they don't value their resident and I will be moving as soon as possible. PLEASE SEE ACTUAL PICTURES OF THE ROOF VS THE IG AI PHOTOS BEING POSTED (this is the roof top they are claiming is still useable so the amenity fee will not be reduced). LOL please make your home elsewhere.

PLEASE NOTICE THE EXACT RESPONSE TO EVERY NEGATIVE COMMENT. No real interest or effort toward residents concerns! The location is convenient but management is terrible, dishonest, unresponsive and has no clue what is going on in the building. Maintenance temporarily band aids all repairs until whatever it was becomes unusable. The assistant manager inspects units to verify they are clean and in good repair before move in see photos below of what she says is clean and every appliance was in need of replacing, not noted by her but by the person after moving in. There is one cleaning person for the entire building. The trash chutes do not work. The freight/move in elevator does not work. The entrance door was breaking for over a year, now it's out of service because the building never repaired it before it stopped working. The security sleeps at the desk even the same shift there was a serious fire on the rooftop. The building is unsafe because of maintenance jewelry rigging everything. They say there is 24 hour maintenance however when water is pouring into your unit after a fire there is no maintenance on the site causing more damage. They have pails in the ceilings collecting water from leaks that have mold and eventually will fall through the ceiling. This building may look good at first but look more, it's like lipstick on a pig!

Lived half year so far, overall very good experience. Fantastic rooftop, functional gym, friendly front desk, and on-time maintainence. Walkable to chinatown (very important to me), trader joe, terminal market and avis. Very convenient transportation to the university city, concert, airport, and suburbs. I aslo enjoy the vibe of city hall and center city when walking back home. The rooms facing inside are extremely quite. The only pet peeve is the lift is a bit slow, since the building is old. I was worried about the negative google map review when I moved in, and glad that ends up no issue at all. I should move here much earlier.
