I have officially been living here for 3 months so I believe I can finally speak on how great it has been. I am so glad I chose to live at the Jessup House; it is extremely clean and has awesome ameneties (I’m excited for warmer weather to us the pool). Also, it is extremely quiet, I never hear neighbors or the person above me because it is built so well. The front desk is always kind and always eager to help with any issues. All packages are safe and accounted for as well. I honestly do not have a complaint!

We have lived here for only 6 months and absolutely love it. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and makes it feel like home. We love our apartment. We have a beautiful view from our terrace, the amenities are exceptional, I love the gym especially the treadmills and now that it's summer we can t wait to go on our terrace pool! Natasia from the management office helped us to find our perfect apt. She is kind, friendly, and makes living here feel I am part of a community. When I see her in the building she always says hello and remembers my name and she makes us feel special and remembered.

We have been tenants at the Jessup house for 3 months now and we have had a wonderful experience. Our apartment is beautiful and the building is well maintained. The amenity space and gym are top notch. The building staff are incredibly friendly and available! Particularly Natasia Martin, who was our leasing agent, had made our move-in process super smooth and has been really helpful with anything we have needed. The staff has been great and we are looking forward to the summer when the outdoor amenities and pool are open.

There are so many amenities which make Jessup House a great place to live. Fantastic coffee downstairs in the lobby, lots of space to work and relax, the building has so much to offer. The location is perfect and so central!

I absolutely love living here! As one of the newest luxury apartment buildings in the Philadelphia downtown area, Jessup House delivers it all: a safe community, clean resort-like amenities, and responsive staff and maintenance. I enjoy the easy accessibility of the common areas including a club room suite on the top floor with views of the Philadelphia skyline, fire pits to enjoy year-round, a refreshing pool, well-maintained grills scattered throughout the building, an extensive gym, and quiet areas for studying. One of the largest perks of living at Jessup House are the regular Community Events such as Bachata lessons, floral arrangement class, smores night, and pasta-making night just to name a few. The location is also unbeatable - steps away from public transit, groceries, and several bars/restaurants. Highly recommended community if you're looking for a place to live!
