I lived at the Icon for two years and the front desk staff is next level. Sharday is so friendly and warm and not only took the time to remember my name, but my family’s names as well. She goes above and beyond in making this building a community and a great place to live.

Sharday is one of a kind! She brightens my day every time I come in, and her professionalism and consistency make my experience at the Icon Building unforgettable. She goes above and beyond for the community and creates such an inclusive, welcoming environment. She knows everyone by name, but more importantly, she genuinely knows them. I always feel supported and know I can rely on her, which makes all the difference. An absolute 10/10 concierge! I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and her positive, personable energy.

Great apartment in a great location. Living here wouldn’t be the same without Sharday at the front desk. Anything you need, Sharday will get it done and with a smile on her face. She never fails to brighten my day.
