I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment building. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. One of the biggest reasons my experience has been so positive is because of David’s exceptional management skills. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or maintenance concerns are handled quickly and efficiently, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are comfortable and happy. It’s rare to find a manager as dedicated and attentive as David. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-managed and pleasant place to live!

I want to give a big shoutout to Rich Lozier, one of the esteemed leasing agents at 1919 Market. He has been a huge help to my fiancé and I throughout the whole process of finding our apartment, getting the necessary requirements ready, and moving in. A very friendly and kind person and he made us feel right at home when moving in. Thank you Rich!

I love my experience in the 1919 Market! It's the best place I know in Philadelphia and even one of the best places for living in the world. The quality of the attention, the speed of the requirements, the utilities we have a gym, pool, monthly meeting to know new people. It's a silicon valley in a building! The incredible view you enjoy in the pool, your kitchen, or the gym! You never lose a sunset or sunrise!

I don’t live here, so my review is just about my tour with the leasing office. My family and I didn’t have an appointment and decided just to walk in and see if we could see some apartments. We were immediately welcomed and were able to see some nice units. Ammonnie was so helpful, and she even agreed to show us other units a day later as we narrowed down our choices. We did end up going with another building, but it was due to no fault of 1919 Market. It was a hard choice. I’d recommend taking a look to see if this building might be right for you!

We greatly appreciated having Ammonnie as our tour guide last week! She was thorough and answered all of our questions. Although we decided to apply elsewhere, we wanted to show our appreciation for her and the concierge staff for being so kind and welcoming.
