Great experience overall! The management team has also been great so far — very professional and attentive, which makes a big difference. Miranda especially is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, patient, and made everything feel really easy and stress-free. From touring to move-in, she kept everything smooth and well-organized. Really appreciate all the support and would definitely recommend working with Miranda!

Working with Miranda completely changed how we view the leasing process in the best way possible. From our very first interaction, she was proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us find a space that felt like home, not just another unit. She anticipated questions before we even asked them, explained everything clearly, and made sure no detail was overlooked. Her guidance gave us total confidence throughout the process. The entire staff also deserves recognition. Their coordination, friendliness, and efficiency removed the usual stress that comes with moving. Everything flowed smoothly, and we always felt supported rather than rushed or overwhelmed. Because of this team, our transition was easy, organized, and honestly enjoyable. It left us with a fantastic impression and a level of service that’s rare to find. We’re incredibly thankful to Miranda and the staff for setting the bar so high.

I recently moved into 1213 and it was been a wonderful experience so far! Mandonnah was wonderful and helped throughout the entire process. From my tour to moving in, she was able to answer all my questions and make sure it was a smooth process. The concierge desk has also been wonderful and helpful throughout the move in! I am looking forward to my time here!!

I would not recommend this property based on my experience. I toured several apartments and genuinely liked one specific unit. I was told I would receive a message within 30 minutes to begin the application process, but I never did. When I followed up, I was informed that the unit had suddenly been taken — though I was offered other options at a higher price point. About a week later, I received a call saying the original unit was available again. When I contacted the office to move forward, I was once more told that it had been taken. During that same conversation, Miranda also stated that there were no units available for me. Not only she was rude on the phone but was dismissive and refused to connect me to an agent. The inconsistent communication and lack of follow-up were concerning and raised red flags. A clear, transparent process and reliable customer service are essential when making a housing decision. Fortunately, there are other more established properties in the area that demonstrate a higher level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Mandonnah was incredible to work with throughout our apartment search. She showed us a unit that was initially outside of the range I had in mind. This ended up being the place I chose. It showed me that she genuinely listens and is not afraid to push a little if she knows it will benefit her clients. It never felt salesy, just thoughtful and intentional. Beyond that, she made the entire process smooth. She was responsive, transparent, and always willing to help answer questions as they came up. Overall, a really great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend working with Mandonnah if you are looking for a place.
