I recently visited The Cooper Luxury Apartments, where my friend used to stay, and I was really impressed by the overall experience especially the views. My friend lived on the 20th floor, and the river view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. At night, the city lights reflecting on the river created a calm and premium feel that truly captures the charm of downtown Chicago. The apartment itself felt modern, spacious, and well designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. From the higher floors, you can clearly enjoy sweeping views of the river, nearby buildings, and the city skyline, which makes it a great place for anyone who enjoys urban living with scenic surroundings. The building looks very well maintained and secure, and the common areas and surroundings give a luxury vibe. The location is another big plus it’s close to major streets, walkable areas, and easily accessible to restaurants, offices, and downtown attractions. Everything feels convenient and thoughtfully placed. Overall, The Cooper Luxury Apartments offers a high-quality living experience with great views, a prime location, and a modern feel. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment in Chicago with river views and city vibes, this place is definitely worth considering.

I came to visit my sister at this apartment community and had such a great experience! The building was beautiful, spotless, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and everyone I interacted with made me feel so comfortable during my visit. You can really tell the team cares about creating a positive environment for residents and their guests. I had an amazing time visiting and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience!

Moving into a new building sight unseen could have gone completely differently, but choosing The Cooper was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. The property is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are incredible, and every interaction I’ve had has reinforced that I made the right choice. From concierge to maintenance, every single team member has been kind, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Gabi and Yesha, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine care have made the transition feel seamless. One thing that stood out to me immediately is how many staff members have been with the company/building for years, and how many residents have also chosen to remain tenants there long term. That kind of consistency says a lot about the environment they’ve created. I’m genuinely happy to call The Cooper home.

I love living at The Cooper! The cleaning staff and management (shoutout to Daniel and Yesha!) are amazing and always so friendly. The building is spotless, the community is great, and most importantly, it’s quiet at night with an amazing view. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience!!! Btw I love the free yoga Classes on Thursday nights!!

I’ve loved my first month at The Cooper. Move-in was a breeze compared to my past experiences. The staff were very helpful, especially considering that I had to tour and sign my lease virtually. My apartment is just what I was looking for, and the building amenities are fantastic. 1-year update: this building is perfect for anyone who works downtown and wants good views. Special thanks to Alex, Elsi and Yensi for helping me every time I had a question or special request!
