I had an amazing experience working with this apartment rental agency and especially with Asiye. Apartment hunting in Chicago is an incredibly overwhelming, but she made the entire process so much easier. She was always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable about different buildings and neighborhoods and took the time to understand what I was looking for. When I visited Chicago she even arranged an Uber for me and showed me multiple apartment buildings. She also went out of her way to visit different properties and walk me through virtual tours when I couldn't be there in person. Beyond just showing apartments, Asiye genuinely helped me think through my options and make the right decision. I ended up finding a place that I absolutely love and honestly, I don't think I would have found it, or felt this happy and confident about my choice. without her help. I can't recommend Asiye and this agency enough. If you're looking for an apartment and want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in helping you find the right home, you're in great hands.

I'm moving from Florida to Chicago this fall for graduate school and am not able to visit before my move. I contacted Downtown Apartment Collective in hopes of streamlining the process. Asiye contacted me very quickly and after a short conversation, she promptly sent me available listings. She was very responsive, helpful, and informative. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me. Asiye was able to answer all my questions about location, amenities, my dog, and the pros/cons of each apartment complex as well as individual units. She sent me great video walkthroughs which make me feel so much more confident with my choice. Even though we spoke very briefly, I felt like she understood exactly what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend Downtown Apartment Collective for anyone moving from out of state, and Asiye is just fantastic!

I worked with Shannon Stag to find an apartment to rent in South Loop, and she was amazing! Super understanding about my schedule, stayed on top of new listings and reached out when she saw one that especially fit my requirements, and is overall a very friendly and competent person (a true rarity). There were even a few managed apartment buildings I wanted to see that didn't work with brokers, but she encouraged me to go for it if I liked the place, which showed that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction with the apartment I chose. My experience working with Shannon was seamless, professional, and fun. She knew a lot about the area and was very helpful in guiding my interests to the right places. I definitely plan on working with Shannon again if I decide to move!

I had a great experience! They definitely made apartment searching easier for me. I worked with Asiye and she took the time to understand my budget and what I was looking for. They were able to give me several options of rental apartments and she was very honest about each rental. I definitely recommend working with them for whoever is moving to Chicago!

Paulina Pacyna was incredibly helpful throughout my apartment search in Chicago. During my short visit, she went above and beyond to show me a wide range of options that matched my preferences. Since I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, I really appreciated her flexibility, patience, and willingness to tailor the search as we went.
