10/10 accomodation for me personally. I always feel safe and close enough to attractions when staying at Sentral. And is close enough to my husbands office for work. Eurenice & Kimberlie are always very friendly and helpful at the front desk, as well as all of the other staff we have encountered. Always saying hello as you come in/out and happy to help with questions or needing extra things. When our mother came to visit they let us add her to our room with no issues and gave her her own access card. We had trouble with our bank card not letting us pay the full amount straight away and they didn’t make us feel embarrassed about it and helped us create an easy solution. My little one loves the pool even though it’s not heated. We haven’t tried the hot pool yet as it is closed at the moment, hopefully it will be open the next time we stay. One improvement could be to provide some pool towels as we either have to use our bathroom towels or pack towels with us when we stay. The premium 2bdr room we stayed in has the most amazing view of the lake. We got to watch festivals in Grant park and the navy pier fireworks from the room. And the bedrooms have plenty of room for our full size crib which is amazing! Could have some improvements with cleaning, especially with a baby crawling around the floors, but the front desk are always happy to listen to your concerns and try to help fix things straight away for you

If you want to be centrally located to tourist things to do, Sentral is the place for you to stay. The apartments are nice, and they even have a washer and dryer. The front desk people are FABULOUS! My family interacted with employees, Eurenice and Emmy. They were friendly, accommodating, kind and wonderful to work with. They are two, hard-working people! Everyone should be as kind as Eurenice and Emmy.

First time at this property for a four night stay, sharing a two bedroom unit with a colleague for a medical convention. Views are great but on my second night, I get home after a long day and I get no hot water in my shower. I soldier on and take a lukewarm shower confident that I'll have a nice hot one the next morning. Nope. Barely lukewarm water after letting this run for a good 5 minutes while less than 4 feet away I have scolding hot water at the sink. On that sink, the faucet is completely loose. And don't get me started on the lousy shower water pressure. Most of it is really the effect of gravity. So functioning plumbing clearly isn't this facility's priority. Then today, I was expecting a critical and time sensitive delivery. I get a notification that my package was delivered at 3:09pm. I rush back from the convention center and get there by 4:11pm. Nobody can find the package, it has my name and the apt. # and the correct address. There are three people behind the desk. One decides to take me to the package room but there's nothing obvious. Then after scrutinizing the tracking history, we see it was delivered to the Amazon locker which is a problem because it is reserved to the residents so the keypad doesn't respond to either my name or the unit number. Sentral personnel should be directing deliveries to the proper holding place for both residents and guests instead of being on their phones. Waste of time, waste of money and another scramble on my hands to replace the items in question on a Friday late afternoon. At $430+ a night just for my half, I was expecting a much better service and experience. I will make a special effort to avoid any of this group's locations in my future travels.

I was very excited for my stay. Before i booked with this place i called to make sure they had a pool and hot tub that’s working because i was really stuck in between this hotel and RIU Chicago, I had a dinner planned at RIU rooftop for my birthday and wanted to stay in the hotel but noticed they didn’t have a pool or hot tub so I switched to this hotel thinking that the hot tub was working and when I mentioned it to management, he told me that that was a lie, and no one couldn’t have told me that over the phone because they knew in advance that it was down for the next two months. i’m not the type to go back-and-forth, but I know what I heard over the phone and that was the main reason why I booked this hotel because I could’ve stayed where I was having my dinner to make everything more convenient but decided to give them a chance not going to lie the seventh floor is beautiful with a beautiful view, but there’s a number of things that was wrong with my room, including dirty linen, broken cabinets marked up walls, dusty bed frame. i’m still making the best of my day, but I will not return to this location

The team is absolutely the best a person can ask for. Everyone is always happy to help. I stayed one year and I felt like home. The building is beautiful and unique, but the team around it makes it special
