I just recently moved in to Amli 808 and I’m loving my experience so far! The apartment is so amazing, very modern and even though it is a small apartment, the cielings are so tall which makes it feel so much bigger. There is SO much storage space too. The amenities are amazing, there is two gyms and I have not had an experience where eiether have been overly crowded. The building is mostly studios, which is nice because the amenities are not as packed as some other huge buildings. The WFH spaces are amazing as well with great views. The front desk staff is SO helpful, specifically Felicia and Tee, and are always willing to help with any issue attentively. The move in process was very seamless, and they were flexible with accomodating certain requests. The location is on a quiet street, which is nice, and I hear absolutely ZERO noise from outside or neighbors from my apt which was a huge thing for me. I definately plan to stay here a while!

Management was outstanding from day one! Over the two years I lived here, any issues were handled the same day or by the following morning. Everyone—from the front desk to the maintenance crew—was incredibly helpful. I loved my time here and highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. In all the years of renting in different cities and states, Amli 808 in Chicago felt like home in every way possible. Not only was the building immaculate, the maintenance and cleaning staff was always so helpful and efficient. From the concierges to the office staff, to the managers on site, it’s incredible. So friendly, so helpful, such awesome resident events, and in general it’s a gorgeous building. Any issue I ever had to arise (which was not many) they handled so professionally and promptly. Communication was wonderful here. I only moved due to rent increase and availability, but I am still sad I left. Highly recommend Amli 808 as your next home, without a doubt!!

Had a really lovely stay here!! Located in a decent proximity to the city and the metro, having a pretty nice view of the city, and having much more amenities and resources available than a standard hotel, its hard not to prefer this! The reception staff were really lovely to chat with and super helpful too, and made the stay all the more enjoyable.

I love living here! The amenities are great, the leasing office and front desk are so sweet, and the views are stunning! 10/10
