I visit this community a few times a week to see a friend who lives in the building, and every experience has been great. I usually stop by the concierge desk and speak with Susan for assistance. She is always incredibly helpful — even while multitasking and handling several things at once, she still takes the time to warmly greet me and make me feel welcome. The lobby is beautiful and inviting, and the entire front desk team is consistently friendly and professional. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive atmosphere for both residents and guests.

465 is the place to be! I moved here a year ago and it was the best decision! All the concierge staff is amazing, but I mostly see Susan and Maurice who go above and beyond with hospitality and service. They always greet me in the morning, welcome me home and always have time for a chat! The property has great amenities that I use daily from the gym and fitness classes to the outdoor grilling spaces and pool. I enjoy spending my evenings on the sky terrace, watching the sunset and reading a book by a fire pit. The property is very well taken care of by their outstanding maintenance staff. The location is ideally located by Navy Pier, the lakefront, Michigan Ave shops, and restaurants. No need for a car! The city is easily accessible with nearby public transportation or on foot.

I am so thankful that I moved to 465 N Park! I don’t know where to start - I wake up to views of Lake Michigan every morning that are just impeccable (if you’re able to get a lake facing unit do it!) The building is BEAUTIFUL, it smells amazing, and there’s a nice breeze as soon as you walk in that feels incredible after a day in the heat (I’m writing this during a heat wave.) The pool is so therapeutic (and heated!) we have the best views of the Navy Pier fireworks every Wednesday and Saturday which is so cool. I moved here recently from NYC and I, like most, hate moving, but 465 made it so simple - their team is incredible, I really can’t overstate how easy this cross(ish) country move was, it was almost too easy. There’s so many logistics that go into moving, such as where the movers should park, what elevator should we use, but Susan just said, hey let me know when your movers arrive and we’ll handle the rest. And the staff just absolutely freaking rocks - so far I have had the pleasure to get to know Susan, Mo, Ernest, Sarah, and Lydia, and I know I will get to meet everyone else soon. Just last night the building hosted a resident appreciation day, which included breakfast and day activities, encapsulated by a POOL PARTY at night which included a 9 piece band, margaritas by king Mo, and a fajita station. We were all dancing by the end as the sun set I mean COME ON. I’ve never lived anywhere that encourages you to meet your fellow tenants and I got to meet so many wonderful people. If you’re considering this building at all just move here do not move anywhere else. We are a three minute walk to the river, a 7 minute walk to the lake, and so far I’ve walked everywhere that I need to get to, it is just the best place ever I pinch myself every time I come home. I literally left a work trip in California a day early so that I could come back home lol. I want to live here forever.

Our year at 465 Park was fantastic. The staff especially Susan, Sara, Caitlin and Maurice, made us feel like family. The building is beautiful and always alive with great events and music to create community. We moved out of state but 465 will always have a place in our hearts. Marlene and Brian.

This is an amazing apartment community. The staff is friendly and helpful. If we ever have a question or have a request for maintenance we get the help we need in a timely fashion and always are happy with the results. Our fellow residents are friendly and kind. The amenities are fantastic. The sixth floor has a spacious inside and outside area to hang out as well as gym and pool and dog run. The location is also fabulous. The building is near Whole Foods and Target as well as many restaurants and other shopping. It is also an easy walk to Navy Pier. We highly recommend this community.
