Moving to Roosevelt Collection Lofts all the way from Tennessee was SUCH a smooth experience, and it could not have happened without the help of Katie! From the virtual walk through before signing the lease, to answering all of our questions until move in day…she made the process seamless. She was able to address every question my husband and I had promptly and with such a positive attitude. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough! I would also like to mention that all the staff, from the maintenance staff to the concierges have been absolutely WONDERFUL!

We're moving here from Atlanta & Katie has been very helpful & knowledgeable. She has been very responsive & answered all of our questions. Every time we speak to her, she is always pleasant & doesn't mind providing assistance. The apartments, building, and the area is beautiful. Concierge has also been pleasant. Looking forward to moving here next month.

We’ve been residents at Roosevelt Collection Lofts for some time, and our experience has been exceptional. From the moment we moved into our first one-bedroom plus den apartment, we felt right at home. Now, in our spacious two-bedroom plus den, we continue to enjoy the thoughtfully designed layout that offers plenty of space and comfort. The leasing team here is outstanding, and special recognition goes to our leasing manager, Jessica. She’s been an incredible asset to the building, always going above and beyond to bring joy and comfort to the community. Her friendly and approachable demeanor has made a lasting positive impact, creating a sense of belonging that’s hard to find elsewhere. The amenities at Roosevelt Collection are also a standout. Our cozy gym is well-equipped, with modern machines and a great atmosphere. They also offer enjoyable fitness classes like yoga and HIIT, which are a perfect way to stay active without leaving the building. One of the highlights of living here is the beautiful plaza surrounding the complex. It’s not only a great space to relax and take a walk, but it’s also close to everything you might need. With Target, Whole Foods, and a variety of retail stores just a short walk away, the convenience is unbeatable. Overall, Roosevelt Collection Lofts isn’t just a place to live—it’s a wonderful community with friendly and supportive people, excellent amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

RCL is a very welcoming community and its proximity to shops and services is just outstanding. The management is also very friendly and welcoming. From my first introduction to the community all the way to after my move, Katie was very supportive and very helpful, and she cared about every detail to ensure my smooth move-in. I look forward to years of living and enjoying the community!

I went in to tour the apartment I was most interested in and was very pleased by what I was shown. The location is amazing and near everything you need and more! The environment is very safe and secure which was a requirement for me. The amenities are such a plus. I ended up applying right then and there because I was super set on trying to snag the place I wanted. All of this was so generously possible due to the associate who very kindly showed me around and answered any and all questions or concerned, shout out to Katie who couldn’t have been of better service. She was very kind and professional but also friendly and informative. Wouldn’t recommend this place more and I haven’t even moved in yet!! :)
