The process was very smooth from start to finish. Jasmine was extremely helpful and guided me through every step of the application, which made everything clear and easy to complete. So far, management seems to be doing a very good job. I’m excited to move in and looking forward to seeing how everything continues.

Always quick to respond, extremely patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my roommates and I were able to get approved and signed. I've loved River City as an architectural gem since I first saw it over ten years ago and I've been fortunate enough to be able to call it my home for nearly two years now and hopefully many more to come! The building itself is obviously gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic, the location is great, and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I genuinely couldn't be happier to live here!

Have lived here for past 14 months. Upgraded modern units with W/D! Parking is expensive but it’s convenient and covered. I’ve enjoyed my time at River City. Maintenance team is always one click away from the app. Friendly staff and great gym! Conrad was very helpful and friendly!
