Toured Mila and didn’t move there but had a smooth experience with the leasing team. Had to reschedule a couple of times but they were very accommodating. Ahmad who took me on the tour was really nice and friendly. Loved the location, views and amenities.

I toured MILA and was very impressed with how the manager knew all of the residents names and what a genuine rapport she had with them! The amenities were gorgeous and the building was well kept. There was even a nice dog park area for the pups. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living in this apartment building for almost two years and I’ve honestly had a GREAT experience. I never had any issues with the apartment, everything has always worked perfectly. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything, which makes daily life very easy. The staff is truly amazing: always kind, helpful, and professional. They are super quick to respond and genuinely care about residents. I really love living here and would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great team.

This place is turning into a frat house. It seems they are renting more to students/younger people. Recently, it has become very loud in the communal areas, hallways, lobby, etc. Trash everywhere and just chaotic living here. I used to like it here a lot but can’t wait for my lease to end and move somewhere else. This has nothing to do with front desk and maintenance people, they do an amazing job!

I have lived in many managed buildings over the years, and MILA has been by far the best. The unit itself was very comfortable and well laid out. The parking garage was spacious, heated (great for winter), and very convenient for my SUV. Best of all, though, were the members of the MILA community. The engineering team was incredibly friendly and responsive, and generally came by my apartment to address any issues within an hour (sometimes less!). I've never had quick service like that in a building of this size! The front desk staff were very attentive to packages and guests, not to mention our puppy who fell in love with every member of the team. Finally, Emma went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had a wonderful experience. She is kind and thoughtful - a true gift to have in a building manager. I will miss my time in MILA and recommend it highly.
