I’ve been here for just over six months and have loved every bit of it! The leasing office and front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful. Plus, maintenance is super fast; any issues I've had in my apartment were usually fixed within 48hrs. Building amenities are typically always working, maintained, and clean.

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now. We have very much enjoyed our time here and the location is great for us. The staff are amazing, friendly, and efficient. The amenities are maintained in good condition.

Highly, highly recommend 73 E Lake. The units themselves (with to-die-for views) and the rooftop / 9th floor amenities are top-notch. It was such a happy place to come home to for two years. I wasn't originally considering living in The Loop actually, but once I saw the gorgeous views from the corner 2 bedroom unit (best in the city I think), the high quality amenities / pool, and the friendly staff, I was sold. Everything was consistently amazing. The door staff knows the residents by name and are so friendly and helpful (I miss Andrew already!), and Dawn and her team are great to work with and organize fun resident events, esp. around holidays. The location is so walkable (to River North, El stops, State street shopping, mag mile etc.), and has a fun patio taco place next door and tons of food options nearby. I loved living here, so highly recommend!

Package deliveries are seamlessly handled with secure lockers that are accessible 24/7, providing a worry-free solution for residents' convenience. 2.Convenience Residents can borrow carts for free to transport packages effortlessly, and the process for guest parking is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for friends and family to visit. Besides this, the food delivery can be sent at the front of apartment door. And if there is something need to deliver to home and the residents are not at home, the doorman will help to open the door and guide the delivery to home if needed. 3.Outstanding Amenities The apartment offers a variety of premium amenities designed for relaxation and wellness. The water spa is always impeccably clean, and the availability of free fitness classes encourages a healthy and active lifestyle. The Skyline Lounge on the 42nd floor provides stunning views, creating a perfect space to unwind or entertain guests. 4.Responsive Maintenance Services Maintenance services are both timely and friendly, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently. While my fiancé and I are excited to move to our forever home in the burbs I’d be lying if I said there weren’t aspects of 73 e lake that I would miss. The staff are incredible I loved everyone there and always looked forward to hearing “welcome home” and happy Friday from andrew at the front desk. The little things they did to make the pandemic easier were amazing like leaving a care package of TP on our door and celebrating every national holiday like even national ice cream day was a special way to make it feel like a community. The maintenance staff was so efficient and kind and I would recommend this building as a first choice for anyone moving to the city. I will look forward to popping in and saying hi and the next person who rents my apartment should feel blessed. It’s been real 73 e lake. Thank you for everything
