Highly recommend checking out The Station at San Marco! The location is amazing, offers great amenities (including EV charging!), and the property team is top notch! They are friendly, respond quickly, and keep everything looking great! I've been here almost 2 years and have yet to find anywhere else that comes close to what The Station offers. It definitely should be on your list to visit if you're looking for a new place!

From the moment I walked in... I knew The Station at San Marco was going to be my new home! Jeffery is absolutely AMAZING! He gave me my tour and was so down to earth, funny and felt like I had known him for years! I later got to meet Abby, Mollie, and Jennifer. All three are awesome and super friendly. They all made me feel right at home. I can't talk enough about the amenities.... I love the covered parking garage, the many different lounges available, and coffee that's always available, and two pools! My favorite is the sky lounge! I haven't been to any of the community monthly events as I just recently moved in, but I'm looking forward to checking them out! Just under one mile away is the Science Museum, Friendship Fountain, and the Riverwalk! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!! I mean....the view alone!😍

I’ve been here for 5 months. Looks nice but very noisy. It’s like a marathon across the ceiling all times of day and night while someone with zero home training and apartment etiquette plays fetch inside with a dog that’s not apartment friendly. You won’t be able to sleep in peace. You may contemplate life. I have. Thin walls and floors. Some inconsiderate neighbors. Great pool. New management ignores messages of concern. Old management was so much better. I’d advise to move elsewhere.

If you’re a single female in the area, I would not recommend this property at all. They do not take safety concerns seriously, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday hoping to tour a unit. I had attempted to call ahead to schedule, but if you’re not already a resident, you’re routed through an AI system to a call center, which makes it nearly impossible to get proper assistance. When I finally located the office (which was already difficult to find), I was greeted by a bald Black male employee who was extremely rude. While he maintained a forced smile, his attitude and tone were dismissive and unprofessional. As someone with a strong background in customer service, I found his behavior completely unacceptable. When I asked about touring, he immediately made excuses, stating that only he and one other person were on-site, and the other employee was already on a tour. Instead of offering a solution, he lazily suggested a self-guided tour and continued shutting down any other options without trying to accommodate me. Before I could even ask if I could wait, he began going on at length about another woman who had just rented the last available unit I was interested in. The way he spoke about the situation felt inappropriate and unnecessary. The rental market is already stressful enough, especially when people are paying $1,600+ a month. You would expect at least basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this property clearly does not prioritize potential residents or their experience. I work for a well-known, top brokerage company and will absolutely be sharing this experience with colleagues who were considering moving here.

I recently toured The Station at San Marco and was honestly really impressed. From the moment I arrived, the community felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with updated finishes and a layout that feels both functional and comfortable.
