What’s not to love about this brand new property?! The leadership team, Brianne, Natasha, Adam, and Stephanie are everything you’d want in property managers. They are professional, responsive and above all else, service oriented. Plus, they are very nice people. They are a team - your team. The lobby is welcoming - and smells so good! There are multiple gathering areas - including one with a coffee station to save you the time (and $) from having to make a stop on the way to work. The apartments are bright and airy. Though I can’t attest to all sizes but the two bed, two FULL bath units are just right for the price! It’s located in the middle of three sports venues and some great up and coming restaurants and a beautiful view! You walk out the lobby door and a few steps away is the minor league ballpark home to the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp; cross the other way and it’s the arena, and a stone’s throw away the home of the Jaguars! Lastly, the safety of those living at RISE Doro was clearly well thought out. As a woman, this is always a priority for me. They have taken precautions at every step along the way. RISE Doro gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I took a tour of the property today and I was beyond satisfied. The property is brand new, well maintained and very welcoming. Ms. JuBette was my tour guide and she was very polite, professional, knowledgeable with excellent customer service. We laughed, connected and she made me feel like I was already home. Miss Tasha was also part of our tour and she was wonderful as well. The property is absolutely gorgeous and I’m looking forward to our new residence. - Ms. Dominique & Mr. Anthony

My partner and I took a tour of a larger studio and smaller 1 bedroom. Natasha one of the property managers who gave us the tour was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns as we have never lived in an apartment building like RISE Doro before. We loved the Holly floor plan and look forward to moving into this building when the time is right. Thank you Natasha and RISE!

Rise Doro is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views, close access to all the best downtown spots, and most of all, beautifully decorated spaces inside and out. The building is super secure and safe, and the floor plans are spacious for downtown. Bri was exceptional in her knowledge of the residences and local area, yet personable to really build a relationship from hello. I look forward to being a resident.

I had an incredible experience on my tour with Jubette Chan. She was very friendly and explained everything perfectly a truly wonderful person! The place itself was excellent, too; I absolutely loved it!
