I absolutely love living here and just renewed for another year. Chad and his team are phenomenal. I love my apartment and how spacious it is. I can watch dolphins in the river from my balcony. The amenities are top notch and always clean. You can't beat the location either. On Saturdays I walk to the RAM and get fresh produce for the week without having to worry about finding parking. Despite all of this though the true WOW factor about living here is the maintenance team. Travis and Bryan are an elite team. I am constantly shocked by how quickly they are able to resolve any maintenance orders I put in. They have set the standards high and yet somehow exceed my expectations every single time. They are also friendly and outgoing. It has become a part of my morning routine to wave back to them as I drive out of the parking garage on my way to work.

Very happy here, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! The views are 10/10; the river and the dolphins swimming outside my balcony are the first things I look forward to every day. Amenities are excellent: Sky Lounge, Sky Gym, Sky pool, EV charger(S). There's some nice ambient scents in the leasing office I enjoy when I swing by to jack drinks from the mini-fridge. Hallways always smell fresh, and cleaning staff keeps things tidy. Maintenance is quickly responsive to tickets. I wish these were rent-to-own! Took me about 5 minutes into my property tour to make my decision. Thanks to Chad and the team, keep it up!

I searched many parts of Jacksonville and when I found Riverside St. Johns I knew in 5 minutes that this is home. Everything is clean and orderly, great location walking distance to shops, restaurants, and oh coarse right on the St Johns River with spectacular views. Chad and all the staff has been very helpful and has gone out of their way to assist my move in. The residents are great and very friendly. I highly recommend Riverside St Johns and so happy I found it!

I don’t have enough good things to say about RSJ and the dedicated staff that manage it! Michael, Britney, and Diego have been absolutely lovely since the first moment I stepped on property. They do a fabulous job of tending to community needs and also planning and throwing lovely events for us! The apartment building is gorgeous and filled with kind, interesting, and polite residents. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, to the point that sometimes I don’t drive at all for weeks at a time. Some of my favorites are RAM, Memorial Park, The Cummer Museum, and the SUP (and those are all within 2 blocks). The river is it’s own entire character and keeps me in awe! From constant dolphins, to rare manatees, the diverse birds + boats, to the sunrises + sets, and occasional rainbows there is just ALWAYS something to see. RSJ is also very welcoming to dogs, rather than just tolerant of them. They celebrate dog holidays with special treats in the leasing office, but even if it’s just a regular day they are always there ready to offer pets + treats. There are dog waste bags and trashbins all around the property to make it very convenient to pick up after your dog (which in turn means everyone DOES). They also have a paw spa complete with shampoo and of course, more treats! The walkability of the neighborhood also just makes it a fun place to have a dog. There’s always a new walking route to discover, and there’s both a dog park and a dog BAR within 1.5 miles! I am extremely pleased with my decision to live here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon! 🐶🐬☀️🏡💕

I had an incredible experience working with Chad. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment on the riverfront. His dedication, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!
