Great value for a home away from home stay. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, U of F Health Proton Therapy Institute, and Jacksonville 1 VA Clinic. The property manager, Kate, was extra friendly and accommodating and the private onsite parking was great. We stayed just above the MAIN STREET CAFE serving the best fish and grits I had oitside my own kitchen. My only complaint would be that the area is a bit noisy, but if your use to city sounds it shouldn't be a problem.

The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. It provided a calm, welcoming environment during what could have been a stressful time. The location was also ideal, offering convenient and easy access to the hospital, which made a significant difference for us. What made the experience especially meaningful, however, was the care and attention we received from Kate. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of for us. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel supported and at ease throughout our stay. We are deeply grateful for such a positive experience during an important time, and we would highly recommend these condos to anyone in need of a clean, peaceful, and well-located place to stay—with truly exceptional hospitality.

We stayed at 3rd and Main in Jacksonville for 8 weeks while my son was undergoing treatments at UF Proton, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, Kate went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported during such a stressful time. Her kindness, compassion, and attention to detail made a world of difference for our family. She was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our well-being. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home—exactly what we needed during a long stay. We are so grateful for everything, especially Kate. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville, I highly recommend 3rd and Main. It was more than just accommodation—it was a place of comfort during a very important time in our lives.

3rd and main in Jacksonville was an excellent place to stay for my six week stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in great proximity to the UF Proton Institute. I can't write enough words about the staff. Kate and her team are the absolute best. My hat goes off to them. If you are going to Jacksonville it is worth looking into.

I had to make an overnight trip to Jacksonville for my 6 month follow-up appointment at the Proton Therapy Institute this past January. I contacted Kate at Third and Main and she was able set me up with an overnight vacancy. As usual everything was great and the stay could not have been any better. I really hope Third and Main realize what a treasure they have in Kate and her management and people skills. Third and Main is definitely my go to place to stay in Jacksonville.
