As a new tenant at the exchange I can say I absolutely love the community. Rodney was my move in coordinator. He took his time out on his day off to assist me. He set all my access up for all my different systems and even walked me through how to use all the different systems. I highly recommend dealing with him. He made my application process a breeze. The community is beautiful and very upscale. Quiet and all tenants are working professionals. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

The Exchange has been a wonderful place to call home. The floor plan is open, bright, & love my wrap around balcony. The amenities are modern and meet all my needs. Rodney in the office has made my move to Jacksonville smooth and effortless .

Rodney is helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about making the stay at The exchange smooth and stress-free. Anytime I have a question or need anything he ensures everything is handled professionally. Highly recommend!

I discovered The Exchange through Landing Living and fell in love with the community. I decided to become a long term resident and applied for a 2 bedroom. The application process was so easy. Penelope, Rodney and Kenny are amazing. Each of them took their time and was very helpful throughout the entire process. They helped me to setup my JEA and renters insurance and made everything so easy. I am so excited for my move in! The team at The Exchange are wonderful to work with!!!

They don’t have adequate parking for their apartments; living on one of the streets adjacent the residents and their visitors take over the streets and they never yield to pedestrians or stop at stop signs. If your gonna add a lot of people in one spot make sure you have adequate parking cause you can’t drive half the time in our neighborhood cause they have the streets clogged with people who think only of themselves clearly by the way they park!
