I usually don’t write reviews unless something goes wrong, but I genuinely felt compelled to share how amazing this apartment community and its staff have been. From the very beginning, Mrs. Kim went completely above and beyond. Her attitude and energy during my tour alone made me cancel every other showing I had scheduled. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, helped me choose the best floor plan for my needs, and even helped me save money on my February rent, which meant a lot to me. What really stood out was how loved she clearly is by the community. During our walk-through, multiple residents stopped to talk to her, and it was obvious she builds real relationships with the people who live here. The residents themselves are quiet, kind, and welcoming, which made the decision even easier. I’ve already been telling all my friends about these apartments and joking that we should all move in and live our own Suite Life of Zack and Cody….just in our 20s. That alone says how happy I am with my choice. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience. You guys truly set the standard.

Kim was Amazing!! She made sure that we knew all the details of the community. She was very friendly and spoke very elegantly!! I was excited to move and I'm not even on the market yet!

It's been just 6 months here for me at the Carling. And I've met good neighbors, I've enjoyed walking and exploring downtown and I finally started my New Year's resolution to exercise more, thanks to the in-house gym. Best of all, our staff and maintenance team have made living here a pleasure. ~ I guess the message in this post is just to express my gratitude and say Thank You!

The maintenance team is no good with HVAC they are releasing refrigerant in apartments with improper practice if u have any breathing problems stay clear from here and they lack proper cleaning they will paint over pet hair which if ur allergic could be bad news. && they have termites bad

Applied as a guarantor and was approved. Received a call the next day to advise the unit was given to someone else. I’m upset that they were aware that the unit was no longer available. I provided my information and went through the entire process just to be let down. Totally unethical and no regard for others. Daria says the unit was given to someone else while she was away at lunch. I started the guarantor process at 4 pm.. Despite asking several times to ensure the unit was still available and being told ‘yes it is’ by Daria…somehow the unit is no longer available. These companies will not only take your application fee and waste your time knowing good and well the unit is no longer available. Shame on you all. Luckily, I’m a homeowner and will hopefully never need your services. But I feel sorry for those that do. This behavior is predatory and demeaning for an individual. Please do better! Shame on the entire organization. Please find somewhere else to reside. Don’t waste your energy or time.
