Still not over the vibes at SOBA. 🏙️✨ From the sleek, modern finishes in my unit to the killer rooftop views, this place is exactly what urban living should feel like. It’s rare to find a spot that’s this central to everything but still feels like a quiet escape once you’re inside. Plus, the management team actually cares and makes everything seamless. I adore living at Soba. It’s clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly and the amenities are wonderful. I feel it’s very reasonably priced. I toured several “luxury” apartment complexes in Jacksonville and Soba was without a doubt the best “bang for your buck” the maintenance staff does a great job and is prompt to respond. I put in a service order and they were at my apartment within 20 minutes! 🤩 I love the dog spa, and the easy access to the doggy day care right next door, perfect for dog owners! 🐕 The only thing that would make this place better would be a dog park. 10/10 would recommend.

We love living at Soba and highly recommend! This is a perfect place to host family, have a cook out or even a fire pit night and location is a 10 minute drive from Riverside or 5 Points! The pool, gym and grill area definitely get their use from us and are always maintained perfectly. The amenities alone are priceless because there is nothing Soba does not have. We get WEEKLY food trucks, a huge Scrabble board wall for residents, a pool table and resident events including an AWESOME, catered, summer pool party, Christmas party, Wine Nights, and an amazing maintenance team. Brooke, Lacy and Debbie in the office are so sweet every interaction and if you have any issue or concern, it is addressed same day, every time!

I love living at Soba. The community is quiet and the staff are so friendly. It’s so close to the river, restaurants and local events. All of the amenities are always clean and the coffee bar is an added bonus. I’m so happy I made the choice to move here!

Love living here! The staff is always helpful. My apartment is awesome and the property has everything I need. Plus, the location is perfect – close to everything I need. Definitely recommend!!
