I’m not the type to normally leave reviews but I had to for my experience with WHR OVER ALL! 0/10. I currently am a resident and one of there apartment complex’s and my leasing office consistently gives me incorrect information that effects my comfort of living. I costed this location requesting a tour. She was ok with touring me 2 units. A studio and 2 bedroom. On the way to tour the first one I stated I didn’t have to see the studio. She then explained the the studio floor plan is more similar to the one bedroom which is what I was originally interested in. That information made me go back to wanting to tour the studio since it was her suggestion to it being closer to what I’m looking for. She then denied showing me because “we already toured this unit, you already told me you didn’t want to see it”. Horrible response to someone you’re trying to sell a unit home to. This is my second experience with her as last year she refused to tour me because they were having plumbing issues and didn’t “want to smell that”. Such an inconvenience. Glad others had good experiences, hopefully my next encounter will be as good as the other reviews.

I love everything about my community. My favorite part is the Coffee ☕ and the Hot chocolate 🍫 they put out daily and the residents events. China is the best and she helps out in anyway she can. She See's anyone in need and go out her way to help in anyway she can. She is the heart and soul of our community.

From the moment I walked in with an inquiry, China ‘s welcoming energy made this feel like home. And whenever there’s an issue, she’s real diligent on resolving it and keeping me updated on the status of the resolution. I initially visited these apartments with intention to explore other apartment options, but thanks to China, I didn’t look no further and immediately made moves to make Lofts at Jefferson Station my new home.

The Refreshment area is my favorite part of living here. It has hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and ice water. Ms. China makes sure it’s stocked and fresh every day! I enjoy living here!

Mr.Ward is the only 5 star thing about this place. I called for an after hour maintenance because my AC completely went out around late night hours 9 pm to be exact. After contacting the after hours maintenance line he rushed into action and unclogged the pipes connected to the AC unit that was apparently full of clutter and my air was back on in less that 30 minutes. I appreciated his swift response.
