Lofts at Brooklyn

I have been living at the lofts since November 2021. I love the layout of the apartment and really love the riverside area, I will say that I wish that the wall was more insulated because you can hear everything from your neighbors which some forget that apartment living is much different then a private residence. We should be more respectful of each other when it comes to noise and cleanliness. The staff that are here are very friendly and helpful, I appreciate them all Mrs. Latrelle, Christina and Miss Kayla they are all very helpful and do what they can to help the resident in my opinion. Maintenance is also on point when things need to be done. I have never had a problem with putting in an order and having to wait forever they get on it right away so yes overall I love living in the lost of Brooklyn and the (River Side) area. everything is so convenient to (Downtown) doctors hospitals and Zeus museum. Yep, I’m happy.

A very nice family space with plenty to do. Just the place that we needed. The ladies in the office are incredible. They've all gone above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. This place gives a great community vibe and I love that. Thank you ladies so much, Ms. Latrelle, Ms. Kristina, and Ms. Kayla, you all have been so sweet and extremely helpful in our circumstances. ❤️ Highly recommend for families.

Small spaces. Nasty residents. Alarms being pulled early morning hours. My family & I stayed @ this property for a year to turn around & say we owe over $500 in move out cost.I have pictures(Paint ,keys,ect)Joke. Will be disputed. Enter @ your own risk. I dont recommend.

Kayla has been very professional, helpful. I've had a great experience and a very pleasant attitude. The whole staff has been great with welcoming arms. Great Atmosphere!

Kayla has been a wonderful edition to the team at Lofts at Brooklyn! She truly takes the time to get to know her residents and makes everyone feel welcome.
