Moving into this apartment was such a big moment for me, and I truly don’t think it would have happened without Kim. From the very beginning, she was so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through everything, reassured me when I felt overwhelmed, and made the entire process feel so much less stressful. We lived here for year and it was a great experience. The views are amazing and the staff are extremely helpful. Nicholas was quick to get us an apartment that was perfect for us and was always available to take care of any issue we ran into.

11 E Forsyth is a great place to settle down with a great view and events, smack down in the middle of downtown. Zoey, Gloria, and the staff is great and cares a lot about their residents and the neighbors here are friendly and kind. I wouldn't have it any other way. 11 East Forsyth has a jail-like vibe. Broke lease after 3 month. Opening windows is forbidden. In-unit HVAC is machinery-factory-loud every single time it switches on and sometimes pushes out a sewage smell. Garage gates , elevator work when it wanted to. Gym is good enough. Maintenance is quick; leasing, sometimes. One cool thing—tenants often leave useful items out for others instead of trashing them. Leaving 11 East was a great decision - wasn’t worth it.
