My wife and I have lived in Trivista for the last 5 years since moving to Denver. Trivista has awesome amenities including an amazing gym, a rooftop with fire pits, and a pool / hot tub deck. Our experience living here has been great with very few complaints as the units are modern, have great natural light, and are functionally well designed with large bathrooms and closets. We recently purchased a home and are moving out, but we will miss the area, the vicinity to the cherry creek trail, and all the other amenities Trivista has to offer. We are sad to leave, but really enjoyed our time living here.

UPDATE: The pool/hot tub have been working for a week — yay! We moved here in June 2025 and wish we did not renew our lease this year. The pool and hot tub have been out of order, on and off, since April 2026 (I now notice it's been since April) with no end in sight. 2/3 treadmills in the gym either broken or not working properly since November 2025. AC in the co-working space and gym consistently going out of order. Grills on the rooftop and pool constantly going out of order or not working properly. Residents not picking up after their dogs. There was dog urine and feces on the rooftop for days before anyone bothered to clean it up. Sometimes, packages are not safe in the mail room and cars are not safe in the garage. We absolutely wish these issues would be addressed — it's a beautiful building and the apartments are nice (as long as you have sane neighbors...the walls/floors are THIN). Not sure who's fault it is at this point but management seems mentally checked out as does Avenue 5. I will change my review once things are either fixed or continue breaking (6/9/2026). (UPDATING MY REVIEW BASED ON BELOW RESPONSE FROM BUILDING 6/11/26). POOL/HOT TUB- The pool has not 'remained operational through the season' when you are sending out closure notices almost weekly. Plus, not bothering to update residents when the pool reopens (if you send a closure notice through email, you should also send an open notice. I suspect you're not doing this due to how embarrassingly frequent and long it's taking to resolve the issue). You have blamed the pool and hot tub closures on 'someone in the building consistently pressing the emergency stop button' but you have failed to stop this person. The closures are not 'brief', and they are ongoing. How can the pool be out of order due to overuse, when we can't use it?? TREADMILL- I have been begging you since November to fix the broken treadmill, and was told it's 'not a high priority'. Once the second treadmill stopped working properly, only then did you order the part. That was last month. Now, a leg machine is broken in the gym. CLEANLINESS- you all absolutely should be on top of cleaning. But your lack of thorough inspections has led to multiple instances of pet waste in common areas, or amenities not being properly cleaned (pool, grills, court yards, the rooftop is covered in stains and the pool table needs a desperate deep cleaning, etc). You've asked us to be your 'eyes and ears' for the building, but we expect the same from you all. SINCE I'M HERE- the elevators seem to be having persistent issues (granted, they are resolved quickly) but given the history of this building, we're all extremely hopeful that this doesn't persist. There are several doors in this building that aren't working properly (including one to the lobby from the garage, which remains UNLOCKED, which is a safety issue). No cameras in the garage except one facing the garage doors (which, the garage doors have broken for entire weekends before, remaining wide open). When fob readers are out of order, it takes multiple days for anyone to come and fix them. There have been entire weekends where no one can use the elevators from the lobby because there is no sense of urgency to send a repair person out to fix the fob readers. Multiple people in the building report packages or personal items stolen, and their cars broken into (never happened to us, but we hear things...). Again, the concept of this building is great. Cool amenities, good location, comfortable apartments. But things suddenly started going even more downhill right after we agreed to renew our lease, and disappointed is an understatement. We have turned a blind eye to many issues in the building since moving here in 2025, because overall, we truly thought you had our best interests in mind. But we have realized you're blowing 💨 up our 🍑 and we don't appreciate the constant deflecting, lack of urgency, lack of responsibility, and constant attitude from certain management staff.

Though we recently moved and left the area, we were very happy with TriVista. The layout of the apartments is great, and they are nicely appointed. Love the gym, swimming pool, and private areas for the tenants and their guests. The management and front office are the best I have ever seen, very helpful and efficient. The location is a little noisy due to downtown traffic, and there is no parking for guests, except for paid parking on the street. Those things are not the fault of the management, just how it is in a large city. But security is great, so felt safe. So if you want a downtown location, right next to the river walk, I highly recommend!

I've been living at Trivista since 2021, and I love it here. Sure, sometimes things break but they are usually fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Management is very communicative and helpful — shoutout to Mariana! She is truly a gem. The location is prime. Walking distance to grocery stores, the central library, all the museums and 16th street. We can see all the fireworks and light shows right from the apartments or the rooftop. The rent is affordable and the amenities are great. This is a downtown location so traffic can be disruptive and owning a car in general is a bit of a hassle but that is how it's designed and it should be that way. If you work from home or work within biking distance, this would be an ideal location as there are protected bike lanes galore. You won't find a better deal, I've looked!

Came by to check out some apartments. I had pleasure meeting the assistant manager, cassiopeia When i say, she went above and beyond for me. She did everything in her power to squeeze me in for a tour. She was very informative, great personality/customer service. She is the reason i will be relocating from Miami, Florida. I fell in love with the Property and the amenities that she took the time to show me. I did not have a tour scheduled so I appreciate all of the time she spent with me trying to accommodate exactly what I was looking for. She’s truly the best
