I lived at the AMLI Park Ave for two years during my time in Denver and loved it. The apartment complex is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the staff is amazing and so helpful. In fact, I loved my experience so much that I decided to move into another AMLI property in my new city :)

The best place I’ve ever lived. Friendly, capable, helpful, hardworking staff. All the amenities I could want. Great location on the edge of downtown. Incredible walkability. Ample parking, day or night.

Extraordinarily well run apartment building. Leasing management, maintenance and facilities all top notch. Nice spot near downtown with all that Uptown Denver offers, with a surprising amount of greenspace nearby to find a place to walk the dog. Excellent amenities, and very pet friendly. We plan on staying here for a good long time.

If you are considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. AMLI tried to increase our rent by 10% which is more than three times the average rate of inflation. We did our research and created a spreadsheet of apartments units with similar square footage, amenities and layout in the area and found that they were looking to charge $400 more in rent than most of the other apartments in the area. We took this spreadsheet to the front desk to negotiate the rent increase and Raheem, the Community Manager, told us that their "renewal pricing is based on the current market rates, not on what competitors are offering" (which is completely false) and said that we should look around to see what other apartments are offering if we were not happy with the rent increase. So, we did exactly that and found an apartment which ended up being a huge upgrade, so thank you to Raheem for giving us the push that we needed to realize that AMLI was overpriced and mediocre :) To top that all off, they proceeded to take well over a month to give us our security deposit back after we moved out. You guys should really do better smh.

AMLI Park Ave has exceeded my expectations in living in an apartment in Denver. Very clean common areas, free coffee, and AMAZINGLY helpful staff. They go above and beyond. I am very proud to call this my home. We used a rep to help us find this apartment as both my room mate and I are from out of state. I was shocked when I opened my apartment door to see how large and clean it was. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Safe area, clean street, and relatively very little noise as the apartment is so well built.
