I stayed at the guest sweet at Solera downtown Denver over Easter 2025. It was my first stay there. The room was immaculate and the furnishings were beautiful. Very modern and classy. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook or just make coffee. The staff was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby was clean and reminded me of a high end hotel. There was a coffee machine where you can make cappuccino or espresso or really anything at the touch of a button. Parking was a breeze and it was super easy to navigate downtown to get to Solera. I would highly recommend it to anyone! I will be returning 100%!

I just made a long distance move from Cincinnati to Denver, and the team at Solera has been amazing through the entire process. Abyagael was quick and communicative, the application process was easy, and everyone has been accommodating with the move-in. The support I got from the Solera team in general took a lot of stress off me while I was dealing with packing and traveling myself. I’ve been here for a little over a week and the community is quiet, clean, and in an amazing location with basically everything you need within walking distance. I’m super happy with my decision to rent here and am so thankful to the leasing team, especially Abyagael, for all of the help over the last several months while I managed everything else that goes along with a long distance move.

My partner and I are coming up on 1 year of living at Solera. This apartment is nothing short of fantastic. It is an incredible find in the heart of downtown Denver. The price is great for the area, and there are no unexpected fees. All of the leasing agents do their best to learn your name, and Michelle even remembers which apartment you live in! The maintenance men are incredible, and we know them by name. Our dogs love them! They are quick to fix any issue, although there haven’t been many. The amenities are up-kept daily, and I don’t feel uncomfortable using any of them! (Hot tub, pet area). They provide more events than I would have ever expected! Things like breakfast downstairs, vision boards, and they even did pet goodie bags once 🥹 They are so pet friendly. I can’t recommend this apartment enough.

I am about to move in, and I understand lived experience is just as important as first impressions, but I have to give credit where it is due in the application and leasing process, Abyagael is FANTASTIC. She is warm, professional and detail oriented. Moving can be stressful as we all know, and I feel no stress with my upcoming move. Abyagael has answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me timelines for when I could expect documents. I am so looking forward to moving to Solera, the recommendation was made from other people in the property management industry, and it is easy to see why!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and offer amazing views that really make the place feel special. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get, which is a huge plus. A big shoutout to Abby and Michelle — they are absolutely fantastic and always helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Maintenance is always on point, quick, and reliable whenever needed. I also love the sense of community here. There are regular events that bring everyone together, and you can really tell that people enjoy living here. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!
