NOVEL Uptown by Crescent Communities

The physical apartment at NOVEL Uptown is great, maintenance management (as well as the leasing staff) is also great and we have no plans to move. We intend to stay as long as it takes (several years or more) to ensure this building is managed to the standard it promises. We have had a number of issues since moving in, including operational follow-through to fix or properly address some of those issues. Although, for a majority of our time here, there was no manager (just an assistant) after the previous one left the company the first week we moved in, which was the likely cause of a majority of the issues. And while the new management has not been perfect, we are hopeful at this time that they will continue to improve as they get settled in. Update 5/05/2006: Management continues to improve, and we currently recommend giving Novel Uptown an tour and see what you think!

Novel uptown truly is amazing, Cami really took her time to help me find the perfect unit and understood all my concerns and went above and beyond assisting me! I love the rooftop pool and the finishes in the units are unique but high-end. Crescent truly does know how to keep a building clean, luxurious and functional. Every apartment building can have some hiccups but the management truly does care and adheres to issues fast. Definitely recommend if you want a building that is luxurious but maintained well.

Just got moved in and absolutely love it. From the initial tour and throughout the leasing and move-in process, the whole staff has been absolutely incredible to work with. Bailey, Roger, Maddie, and Brett have all gone above and beyond to help out and are super friendly and knowledgable. The apartments are clean and modern. Parking is secure and easy to use. The building is beautiful, clean and secure with thoughtful amenities throughout. Lounge spaces, coffee shop, rooftop pool and so much more. My favorite part of the building are the views of the Capitol and mountains. North Cap Hill has some very cool history and it's an honor to live in the thick of it. Thanks to the staff for everything.

We recently toured Novel Uptown and overall had a positive experience. The property is modern, clean, and well maintained, though the location off Colfax may not be for everyone and pricing is a bit above some nearby options. What stood out most was Cammie in the leasing office. She was professional, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the tour. She definitely made it easier for me to convince my wife to move Novel Uptown higher on our list of options.

Loved my tour at Novel Uptown. Cami was so welcoming and made me feel right at home with her sweet personality and charm. I felt a great vibe from the moment I arrived, and everything else made it easy to picture this as my next home. The positive atmosphere, along with all the amazing amenities and features, really stood out! Especially for the value and price points offered. Then I saw Cami’s TikTok videos… she sold me on all the things I didn’t even know I wanted! Her energy and creativity made the experience even more exciting, and now I’m officially applying for my next new home.
