Before choosing Citizen, please be aware of the major glass issues in the building. A few months ago, the middle pane in my apartment shattered. It took the property 10+ weeks to fix it (I'm certain if this happened in a main area, resolution would have been faster). No concessions were offered. The only option provided was to MOVE APARTMENTS adn the caveat there was to front $6000+ first to repay the 2 months of free rent I was given when I initially signed my lease. This week, shattered glass littered my patio and garden area from a busted window from the apartment above. I informed the maintenance and leasing teams. A maintenance team was sent out nearly a day later and was not thorough in their clean up. When I expressed this, JC at the front desk sent me an email suggesting that until they could find a "long-term resolution", I, myself, could remove the glass!! **After advocating for myself, they sent someone out the next morning who tracked dirt through my apartment, left the patio unorganized and there are still shards of glass on the patio. Photos do not do justice** The lack of care & concern for my safety and comfort in these two situations (and others) has forced me not to renew when I was weeks away from re-signing for a two bedroom. While moving is inconvenient, there are so many beautiful new properties in the area to consider. My hope is to find one that values their residents and my safety more than the team at Citizen.

Citizen is the BEST BUILDING by far in the Golden Triangle. I will tell you many reasons why but the #1 reason why it's the BEST it simply because the management is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They are true, sincere and not phony or Two-Face. What you get from Ms. Treanna is 100% real and sincere which is very hard to get now a days..... she is the main property manager and what you get from Cruz and his team is by far the best I've ever known and seen. Cruz is the main maintenance supervisor..... I will tell you that he has this property running as smooth as can be, the property is a couple years old now....and the property looks like it's brand new still.... and it's strictly because of their management team, they work together as a true team. Citizen has one of the better GYMS ....MULTI LEVELS, I have ever seen, Must come see, also one of the best DOG WASHES around, BEST PET AMENITIES BY FAR..... honestly it's a win-win situation for those that love to work out and those that love their furry loved ones. The rest of the amenities are amazing too!!! For those men who love boys night out....this is also the perfect spot for you and your friends!! Also the location is absolutely perfect. Ms. Treanna, Cruz and their entire team work very hard Around the Clock, all the time to make sure their entire facility and resident's have what they need and have the best around. The elevators are super clean every morning!!! Along with everything else.....The grounds are also always super clean for everyones dogs, the garage is also always so clean....This management team understands what it takes to run a beautiful-rise and they sincerely and truly care about their residents, which again, it's very hard to find nowadays! Please rent here if you are looking to rent in the Golden Triangle, Citizen is your number one choice!! I'm sorry pictures don't do justice you must come see in person!

There’s a reason why my s/o and I have lived here for the past 2 years and renewing our lease for another year. Out of all the luxury apartments we’ve lived at, this team cares a lot about their community. Treanna, for starters, WILL talk to you in person and she’ll listen to your questions and your concerns. I’ve never seen someone care about their community and team the way that she does. The wonderful people at the front desk have always helped me out with whatever I needed. They’re always very nice and have a positive attitude, and that’s what I didn’t see at the last luxury apartments I’ve lived at. At last, the maintenance crew are always respond to my requests, instantly. If not, almost instantly. The building itself is gorgeous! The view off the sky-roof is insane. There are no words good enough for it. There’s artwork in the hallways and main areas, and I never saw that in any other luxury apartments. Safe to say that I recommend living here.

Finding the right apartment is no easy task, and after months of searching, I had almost lost hope — until I found Citizen West 10. This place didn't just meet my needs, it exceeded them. The amenities are fantastic, and what really surprised me is how friendly and welcoming the residents are. It truly feels like a community from day one. What made the entire experience even better was JC. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered every question I had with genuine care and never once made me feel like a burden. No question was too small, and he always made time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process.

What a beautiful apartment! We are fortunate to have experienced the incredible staff here from Treanna who manages the property and Cruz and his maintenance team to JC on the concierge team, I routinely delighted by how professional the staff is here. The gym is incredible, the 17th floor pool id arguably the best in the city (better than the Bromwell where we used to live with the west facing Mountain View’s). If you’re looking for a new home the gym alone is worth a double take
