Absolutely an amazing place to call home! The Fitzgerald has been so welcoming and accommodating, making the transition super seamless and easy. Ryan was so much help when moving in, going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and was stress free! And Kira is the absolute best! Always going out of her way to make sure all my needs are being met and handled with care. Super friendly environment, definitely the best team I’ve ever had!!

Been living at Fitzgerald for two years, just renewed for my 3rd year. It hits all the marks in one at of all the properties around Downtown Denver. The location is perfect, apartments are QUIET! There are obvious street noises(being that its downtown) but windows closed its a very quiet space. The staff is great! Ryan and Eliana have been wonderful and my 2nd renewal process with Kira was great, she went above and beyond and made it a no brainer decision to renew. Amenities are great and well kept. Beautiful property all around and the proximity to everything in Downtown Denver is unmatched.

The Fitzgerald Apartments are a hidden gem in the center of Downtown Denver. The moment you arrive there, you can tell how much care and attention has gone into making the property feel welcoming, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The property is thoughtfully designed, and the common areas are spotless, stylish, peaceful, and inviting. What really sets Fitzgerald apart from anywhere I've ever lived, is the incredible staff. The team is warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to creating a positive living experience for residents. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and it shows in every interaction. A special shoutout to Kira, the Community Manager, who is absolutely amazing! She is responsive, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or helping with requests, she handles everything promptly and with a positive attitude. Her communication is clear and timely, and you can always count on her to follow through. I have never had to send Kira a follow up email asking for an update. Highly recommend the Fitzgerald to anyone who is considering them for their new home.

4/28/26 Update: My apartment wasn’t move in ready - it was dirty. When I brought it to Ryan and asst mgr Kira they were right on top of things. They brought a new cleaning crew to clean my unit right away. Whenever theres an issue that needs to be addressed they stay on top of things. You do hear noise but its an apartment located downtown between Market and Larimer so weekend noise should be expected. I love love live my home!! If you dont mind weekend noise then the Fitzgerald should be a top contender Ryan is nothing less than amazing!!! When the unit that I want opens up definitely renting here

I recently toured The Fitzgerald Downtown and had a great experience! The staff was amazing, especially Kira, who helped me personally and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect right in downtown Denver, especially if you love the nightlife. The amenities are also top-notch and really stood out during my visit. Highly recommend checking this place out!
