I am absolutely loving living at The Finch! I have had a great experience from the start, the entire staff has been nothing less than perfect in my eyes!! They truly blew me away with the quality of customer service and the time they spent finding me the perfect apartment that met all of my wants and needs. Move-in day was seamless, not a single issue, and I have enjoyed every day since. The amenities are also top tier; the pool is stunning with a very large pool deck, the hot tub is super nice as well, dog park is the biggest I've ever seen, there’s a huge shared working space I will definitely be taking advantage of, a super cool speakeasy, and the clubhouse and gym are also incredible. I can’t wait to host some friends and family here soon!! I would highly recommend The Finch to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in the Denver area. Bonus points that I can walk to an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the grocery store. 10/10!!

1. Package handling is very poor. Deliveries are often left in public areas where anyone can take them (photo below). Every time I have issues finding my packages—sometimes they’re placed on the wrong shelf, and other times they’re not in the mail room. 2. Mail frequently goes missing. In addition to packages, I’ve also experienced missing mail, which is very frustrating. 3. Very thin walls/ceilings. I can clearly hear almost every movement from the unit above mine. It sounds like every step and movement carries through. This due to the building’s thin structure rather than the neighbors themselves. 4. Tried to call management few times, left messages, never got a call back. If you don’t mind the risk of missing packages or mail, and you’re okay with hearing noise from upstairs neighbors, this might work for you. On the positive side, the building does offer good amenities.

Grant is simply amazing! Whenever the Finch was hiring for a leasing associate, Grant turned out to be the perfect model. Somehow he made me excited to move in before I even signed a lease! Zach does a great job of making you feel at home while Maddie* makes everyone feel comfortable at the dog park. The crew is awesome and I couldn’t have asked her better if the corporate employees ever went to the Finch I would be the one to fight to the death for their promotions because they’re that awesome.

I moved into the Finch this week and I just want to rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars from touring, application and move-in process. The staff is incredible nice, they made the same process so smooth and easy. I’m obsessed with the studio unit, very spacious and has a lot of storage for one person. The amenities are very nice as well. Super happy to be living at the Finch!
