I lived at Market Station for two years in the 1445 Residences building, and overall had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable throughout my time there. The building is well maintained and you can tell the team genuinely cares. The concierge staff was always incredible, especially Ramzy, who consistently went above and beyond. Maintenance was also quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever something came up. The location in LoDo in Denver is a huge plus. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, and things to do all within walking distance. It is hard to beat that convenience. The only slight downside was the parking situation. It can be expensive and we did run into a few challenges there. That said, it did not outweigh the positives. Overall, the apartment itself and the team at Market Station do a great job. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to live in LoDo.

I've moved in for a month now, really loving this community and my apartment. Fell in love with the space the first time I toured with Brii, who was so professional and helpful. The property is well managed, very clean, it just felt like home. And you really can't beat the location - walking distance to so many restaurants, Whole Foods, Union Station. Everything has been working well so far, the concierge and staff at the leasing office have been so accommodating and helpful, there are quite a few resident only social events which are great. One unique feature I really like, is that most of the units here have very large windows, almost floor to ceiling, which is super nice to get lots of sunlight throughout the day and great views to watch the snowfall in the winter. Highly recommend!

I toured The Residences at Market Street Station and had a great experience. Anthony and the staff were very helpful and generous with their time. The building had everything I was looking for. The gym had a full set of weights and machines, the lobby and shared spaces were clean and well maintained, and the apartments were well laid out. The community garden was really cool, and the coffee in the lobby was genuinely really good. It even made the shared space smell like a coffee shop. I would highly recommend.

I’m an apartment locator, and recently brought a client to tour the property. Anthony on the leasing team gave my client and I such an incredible, thorough tour. We were blown away by how knowledgeable Anthony was about the history of the neighborhood, the thoughtfulness of design and amenities that went into the property, and the dedication to make sure residents are truly happy. The tour was very thoughtful of my client’s needs and requests, and Anthony thought of answers to questions we didn’t even know to ask! I’m really looking forward to bringing more clients to this property knowing that Anthony is running such a fantastic community and doing it with knowledge and true class. Thanks for the great experience Anthony- looking forward to bringing you more great tenants for the community you’ve curated!

I recently held an event at the Residences at Market Station, for residents and for the staff. The name says it all....not apartments, but residents. The property is nestled among other businesses, including Chase corporate offices, as well as others. I imagine that many residents are very successful Millennial movers and shakers, based on what I observed. This place is beautiful, based on the spaces that I visited, and reviewing the unit layouts. There are many areas and stations for business meetings, Wi-Fi connections, a nice gym, and high-end cold brew on tap. Brii, Daylia, Cynthia, and CeCe, treated me very welcoming and kind. At first, I was lost in their underground valet parking area, and a bit stressed. Daylia calmed my nerves and assisted me in getting things set up for a cold brew and breakfast treats event. They host events for residents monthly. Daylia and the rest of these fine young ladies treated me as if I were a diploma, arriving from an international flight. The warmthless of the staff was even more impressive than the magnificence of the architecture and decor. It's a love fest at Residences at Market Station, amongst the staff and residents. I had many fine conversations with residents, who were both domestic and international. All were at the top of their game in their careers. The residents are as kind as the team, including Kenneth, the maintenance engineer, and the painter. This is truly a warm and welcoming environment. Based on the pictures of the units and facilities, Residences at Market Station is run like a 5-star hotel. That's why I rate them 5 stars. Kevy
